I bought an arc style dna40 from 3fvape on 27 Nov 2015. After using it less than an hour the screen started playing up. At first it becomes unreadable then after a while goes black. Then after some time it goes back to normal. At first I thought it was working ok when it went normal and just didn't use it for a while. Next time I went to use it same thing happened. So I contacted 3fvape. They ask for a video which I sent. Then Nina from 3fvape said to return it the other day. Fortunately I hadn't got around to posting it back as I got this email from her this morning   Any advice on what I should do? They claim on their website it's a genuine evolv dna40 chip. I find it hard to believe this is normal Thanks in advance Laurie |
