It still has a ubs port. I think they are just leaving out the cosmetics for more practical daily usage. Its a good one for blue collar workers to take to work or one to take along if your going fishing or other activity's that might scratch up the screen. I take my vamo along every where so I dont think Ill be in a rush to buy this head once I get round to ordering the Evic. I agree oxo which is why I said it is just a glorified topcap/attie connector ........with a micro usb port, that screws into an Evic tube If these was available before I got my vamo I most probably have opted for one as it has VV and pass through capabilitys. As it happen Im going to end up with to very good but incompatible devices. VV and pass through are very appealing at the point of owning just ego style batterys and this set up is a great gate way to the Evic wardrobe. Evic Tubes at £14 and this head at £15? Id say is value for money, people entering the VV devices have never had it so good.

Cant see this is anything like the Evic, doesn't look like it has a screen,or VV or VW.......just looks like a glorified top cap that will fit an Evic tube........unless I am missing something? I was crumbling and was going to order the vic with black tube, I'll going to have to wait for that top, I know once I get one my trusty vamo will never see the light of day, its to good to be a back up. Evics are the premier mod with out doubt.

These kind of devices that have pressure issues on the fill up would be better with a filler hole and rubber gasket thumb screw on the tank. I gave up on the carto tanks as I was sick of flooding and moping up juice, looking at Todds vid this is a major issue giving that it only holds 1.6ml and then you have to repeat the proses, Penny's spent on a thumb screw fill up system would make this a more attractable out of the box devise. Same reason I gave up on cartos too. Could never get the hang of filling them without flooding. They could have spring loaded plastic valves mounted on the inside of the tanks that let you inject straight from your dripper bottle, build quality can be quite good on plastic items and cheap too. ''Get your gas lighters ten for a pound'' springs to mind.

If you have had your coppers for quite some time Its a good chance they are copper and you will get more than there face value at the local scrap yard.
The machines are just helping to take the copper out of circulation as they get replaced with a copper looking steel alloy, give them the magnet test to see if there better counted or weighed.

I haven't got a clue what people have against copper or brass , Stainless steel gets talked about like its a precious metal ??? I cant get a magnet to stick to my IGO-L SS RBA, It dont really matter what its made of so long as its not just an excuse to bump the prise up, That copper kettle looks amazing I really need to get out more Id like it if there was pre chromed models on the market, silver plating sounds like a good hobby that would give a shiny a bit of class. Youll have to get a kit Robby, Ive not seen a silver plated mod etched with serial no would be something else,

The chrome ones used to be $8 at discountvapers but they have had to put them up to the $20 range once other vendors put pressure on the suppler to make discountvapers raise the prise. Watching Todds review the chrome vapes on par with the Kayfun, pity they are no longer available for $8 + shipping, Stainless steel for £20ish is a better deal I suppose

I'd stand it upright and put a tinny dent in the top of the tube with a chisel, You would have to watch out you dont make it egg shape or you'd have bigger problems than you started with, A little burr/bump should be enough to wedge it back on.

If its working just but a carbon wrap to hide all the scratches. that should hold it all together.
