Ordering from China one must have a modicum of patience  I don't even really bother checking the tracking as it often isn't updated. You have 45 days in which to launch a PP dispute. I wouldn't bother raising a ticket until after 4 weeks. Still plenty time for Fasttech to try and sort it and still plenty time to raise a PP dispute! If you're in a hurry for something or worried about suspect goods order from a reputable UK vendor! Karma did you order the Braun toothbrush heads ....??? Are they any good ? |

Lol....8 days from order and they're still not packaged ...£40 order  ...I'm not having a lot of luck just now with my vape mail......have little patience ..they said ....lol..that's my problem ..I have little patience .....  |

Well an update on my order .....it never arrived ........ However Sharon quickly dispatched a duplicate order by recorded delivery at no extra charge and I received it 2 days later ....rm should be ashamed of themselves obviously they lost the first package ... |
