Ive talked the good lady into cutting some out. These are what she has found in her craft cupboard to cut them out from A4 top and side covers . Seems to be of the correct material/thickness for the job. The sizes Ive come up with are 16.5mm for the outer dia and 9.5mm for the inner but till Ive wrapped 1 tomorrow I dunno if that will be any good? First of many (hopefully)  Only trouble is there clear so Ive had to sharpie it to see how it fitted on the battery. good man, I've asked the sign makers next door to see if they can make them. All is looking good so far they are using adhesive vinyl which is microns thin. Hopefully something will work lol |

I've got some, I used them on my limitless rdta and as a dual they were shite, but after chatting to people they are apparently better as a single coil Why didn't you get on with them? I was going toget the Limitless too. Is that any good? the limitless rdta is great I can't fault it but the rdta plus is better. I found with a duel notch coil one was burning quicker than the other, the taste wasn't great. I'm still yet to try a single notch coil which would hopefully be better |

Just an observation, the paper/card 1s I have seen are in soldered battery packs like in drills or laptops. I would think they wouldnt take much abuse being clunked in and out of a battery sled or mod. A4 acetate sheets are what I try to find in my Mrs' craft stuff. She has 1 of them craft robo machines that you can program to cut stuff out but she wasnt very warm to the Idea of cutting out hundreds of acetate washers. link took me back here, you should tell her it's a money making product due to no one else selling them in the uk (trust me I've searched) |

This is what I do flavourtank just use a bit more heat shrink and do the top first, this is a VTC4 BTW.  awesome thanks, the negative end doesn't have to be covered as much does it? |

Can't think why card wouldn't work fine. I can't see any reason why not, just want to make sure it's safe to do so, I've seen ft ones are adhesive paper or others on ebay are adhesive card |

I am guessing you mean the ring on the top of a battery, I just use a bit more heat shrink, but it depends on the battery and the mod if that will cause a contact problem it has for me with post 2014 25R the +ve is slightly lower than 2014 batteries. In general a thicker one would be fine within reason/ yeah that ring lol would paper or card be OK to use or does it have to be plastic? |

Does anyone know if the positive protector ring can be thicker then normal?
I want to make a template for these rings as getting them in uk is a mission,
What material can be used for these and do they require certain thickness?
