What percentages did you use Gasper? I make mine at 15% coffee and 5% caramel

I used an espresso flavour at 10% and caramel at 5%. Atm the espresso is very overpowering, pretty much knocking out the caramel.

After being left steeping for 48 hours I decided to try a small sample of my coffee & caramel mix and I think it's reasonable, even at this early stage, to say.....

...an acquired taste is essential to fully appreciate the "subtle nuances" of this "strikingly unusual" blend.

Smells nice though.
