No worries, a good pal who used to be my lodger is looking after him so they both get on great luckily and its only for 10 days so not too bad. Cant wait though apparently it has been one of the hottest Winters out in Spain where they live, was 28C just after the Xmas and my Dad was swimming in the sea, not bad. Got the sun lotion today just in case.  |

blakey, is that not right then, you can only get 3.7V from a LR carto? (On a lava tube - forgot to add) Blakey is right, using a LR carto on 6v would in fact burn out the circuitry so the LT auto adjusts the Voltage down (load voltage) to the safe maximum. So it differs dependant upon the resistance of the cartomizer you use. You can check the load voltage by pressing power button 7 times (displays remaining battery voltage ) then press the fire button and this will show the load voltage. |

I am absolutely gutted as Alix from the Vape Cafe, Alston, Cumbria is holding event on that day but I am in Spain on my holidays  I would love to be there as I have family that live in Alston. Kev - I'm assuming that once the batteries have charged the red lights on the charger will go out? Also - when I initially inserted the batteries into the charger, without plugging it into the mains, the charger lights glowed green - is this normal? And finally - how long will this charger take to charge from flat? Hi Giz, glad you and Karma got your kits nice and prompt, good old RM. With regards the charger, the green light that shows when batteries inserted is normal and indicates if any charge left. The lights will change to green from red when fully charged and can take about 6-8 hours for a full charge dependant on battery capacity. With regards the uk/euro adaptor, they don't take fuses but I would recommend changing the euro plug for a fused 3A UK one. Havn't stripped the wires so unsure if they are coloured blue/brown but if so I always remember this handy tip for changing plug: Looking down with plug open, with plug pins pointing towards floor: b Lue wire- Left side (Neutral) b Rown wire - Right side (Live) |

Is this supposed to be the new, improved version?? Hi Anne, that is a very similar device from different manufacturers I believe and has a few different functions to the LT. The LT designers are working on a rocket like chrome version which should hopefully land in the next couple of months |

Does it appreciate being laid down on a dashboard tho . I don't mind little spills but don't fancy loosing a tank full on my dash No leaking when I have left mine on its side, the seals and donut ring seem to take care of that. Aalthough I have noticed if you let it run right down low some drops escape at the battery connector but luckily the LT well catches them, but as long as you keep it wet like with most carts they seem pretty good on 1st impressions. |

I'm so impressed with my first LT from Kev , that I was fortunate enough to bump into someone over the weekend that had a spare one he didn't want , so I bought it body only for a snip at 25 squids .. So one is now the proud owner of 2 LT's and just waiting for my dc tank et al to go on my new un .. hehe hurry up Kev I'm sure you will love the DCT tank especially on the Lavatube, been using mine for nearly 2 weeks now and still on the 1st cartridge that comes supplied . Is so nice not to have to fill for days although it does look one mean monster when both together. |

With regards the new real chrome version they are still a couple of months away according to the manufacturers but cant wait as they look superb according to a pic they sent me, a real twist on the design and looks a bit like a rocket but is stil very hush hush atm.  I want a silver rocket!! Will they be 510's Kev and take 18650 batteries? Hope so. *Saving up for a body only*  I believe they are pretty much the same as the revised versions in stock 510 fittings and 18650 batteries, just in a shiny shell. |
