Thanks to all who have posted for the support! Today was a bad day, concentration levels were low and mood swings were in play. Was at work outside with the stinkie possy and I was driven a bit bonkers by the smell of fags. My brain felt torn between desire and revulsion for said smell but a few steps away sorted it out. Drinking a lot of water is good advice. Today I felt weak and a little shaky and dizzy. I often felt like I had just been on a long distance flight with no sleep however my floor at work has a hardly used disabled toilet which turned out to be perfect for a sneaky vape. I am sure it is the chemicals that have messed up my neuro receptors and other areas but its war and my will shall win and my health will reap the reward. AndyB I think shinyitis is preordained in many folk and should be embraced (where reasonably affordable) was wondering if there is a forum for it though!  |

Thanks guys I am determined to keep going with it, its still all so new must empty out the large ashtray in the garden and check all cupboards and drawers for any rogue stinkies hidden away.

I've got a ego-c twist with ST nova clearo and with 2.4 ohms (1.8 seems a little harsh) Very happy so far. today I am vaping paradise vape Mayfair 10 mg and its very smooth now after dialling down to 3.8 volts and after initially tasting a bit like a stale rollie, also liking their butterscotch 18mg and this is my fave so far. Archicat I know what you mean but i gave that up 2 years ago and I still miss it. I am quite sure I will get new kit etc (its a whole new world) but as I said I am quite happy and suprised at how pleasant vaping is. had some funny looks off people at work but I'm laughing at them inside. I can really reccomend the Mayfair and the butterscotch, have tried ry4 36mg (2 out of 5), Doctor pepper (1 out of 5) and cinnamon danish (2.5 out of 5) How about you guys does everyone use different set ups. I am also curious as to what flavours people are using regularly.

I feel so weird! I am quite enjoying vaping so far but after 22 years on the fags my head is a bit of a shed. Is this normal? I guess everybody is different etc but its a real trip right now. How have you other guys got on?

I've been trying Mayfair from Paradise vape 10mg today and its my second tobacco ish liquid. At first it tasted a little like stale roll up tobacco but after hovering around 3.8 - 4 v it tastes and vapes quite mild and although it tastes nothing like mayfair cigarettes there is a pleasant tobacco flavour and its growing on me now. I am still experimenting but I may now try some other tobacco flavours. I usewd to smoke silk cut stinkies has anybody tried the silky flavour which is silkcutesque?
