The same as the Russian 91% on vapour break and a couple of dollars cheaper when you consider the free shipping ... good find robby ... what's the story with the Kayfun 3.1 clone? ... it says they have temporarily stopped selling it but it also says shipping in 10 days according to the FT forum, the 3.1s have been turning up broken. The centre pin is brass, not steel, and is a weak spot. Mine still hasn't arrived (ordered 19/10).

3 orders placed 2 to 6 weeks ago. All 3 missed their target dispatch date. One was stopped in post and refunded by FT. One apparently was UK bound 2 weeks ago (not arrived). The other was dispatched on Tues, but is still untraceable.
I won't be ordering from them again. They're quoting 55 hours to respond to support tickets!

I'm sure many of us are getting fed up with petitions, but it's clear that winning the EP vote was not the end of the war. The Govt have said they continue to favour med regs and will be pressing for this at the EU and national levels. With that in mind, the Save Ecigs campaign has drafted a letter to Jane Ellison MP, setting out our objection to med regs. As with the previous EU-wide letters, we are calling on vapers, smokers and their families and friends to sign it. Let's send a strong message to the Govt. You know what to do. www.saveecigs.com/uk-letter/4579166095

Isn't the 7th Sept the most likely alternative date for the demo? The EU vote is on the 9th or 10th so that's the last Saturday it could be.
Not that we couldn't have a meetup on the same day, of course.

I mailed my MEP, Mary Honeyball, setting out my smoking to Vaping experience and asking what her position was on the TPD. 3 weeks later, I got a reply from her office. It told me what ecigs are (inaccurately) and what the EU process is (also inaccurately). In the mail, they got my name wrong and linked to a blog post about racism in the tobacco industry. I wrote back complaining that my question hadn't been answered. Another 4 weeks later I got a new summary of the EU process (out of date) and reference to the MHRA announcement. Still no statement on what Ms Honeyball actually thinks. I've told her I won't be voting for her again, publicly via Twitter. I see today she tweeted about meeting with our Linda and Auntie Glenys to discuss health policies. I'd like to think she was at least pointing out how miffed some of her constituents are, but somehow I doubt it.

Hey, John, can I steal any of these for my G+ feed? I love that one of me with the plume in front of my face and the one where it looks like I just told the BBC lady a very off-colour joke. Good pix... Of course. No problem.

Black and white certainly brings out detail and atmosphere. It also makes me look about ten years older than I do in my mirror Why do you think I stay firmly behind the camera? ;-) In an interview I read with Paul Weller once he said "when you have a photo taken, you think it makes you look old and tired, 5 years later you look back and wish you still looked that good"

Yes great pics John - had been meaning to speak to you about the camera and that lens looked quite good, hopefully at the next one Cam was a Sony a99 and lens was a Zeiss 24-70/2.8. Available for weddings, funerals and bar-mitzvahs, as the saying goes (www.johnd-photography.co.uk). ;-)

Have really enjoyed reading everyone's posts about last nights meet . . . sounds like you all had a fantastic evening. Great pictures as well John, although I'd love to put a name to the faces if that were possible? If you've got a Flickr acct, you can add names as comments. Either that or download them and repost (here or FB) and rename as you go,
