Just to add, I've had one for a week or so now and it's a great little single battery mod not much bigger than a Istick Pico.
Well worth the money IMHO.

Is the Kimsun TC40w Mini - new - black - an Istick 40W clone?

I've just Google'd it and it only has a 1100mAh battery, too small for me I'm afraid.

Different batteries will have different discharge curves. Some will drop quickly but hold a usable charge for longer, some you can hammer but only for a short time.
You really need to work out what useable vape time you get from yours.
The 25R's are a decent battery, I have some and they still perform okay. I mostly run single 18650 battery mods and have maybe 20 batteries of various ages. I just keep them topped up usually 6 - 8 batteries in rotation as I number them with a sharpie. Batteries have a finite lifespan of charge/discharge cycles some better than others. I buy a set of 4 new ones every 9 - 12 months and pension off the older ones.

So all in all what I'm saying is all batteries are not equal but take care of them and they should last longer than if you abuse them but in the end, all will go to battery heaven, some sooner than others.
