I only picked it up yesterday Blakey. I fannied about with it all day, all I kept getting was a Kanthal like taste. It's very easy to set up with the post clamps which is a good job the amount of coils I tried in it! I even had a NiChrome coil in it at one point, still tasted crap. The coil in it now tasted a bit iffy at first but seems to have bedded in now, other users are saying it's the best flavour dripper they've had, beating the Rose. I must be doing something wrong cos it don't come close to an Eviva or Rose for taste. Too much airflow for me as well, has 6 holes although the AFC ring has 3 slots so you can just use 1 bank, I only have half of one hole open. Might try Ni on it later but tbh, I prefer a 1.5ohm on .25 Kanthal.

Thanks for the bargain prices KOV. Just ordered the Xcube II for the same price I got the original. I'll never use 160W but 2 18650's should last me a while.

Great thread here about the Eviva link, plus I can vouch for that the Goliath's flavour is the best I've tasted so far. Really gets through juice fast, but easy to fill, and great to be able to work on the base and fill it, while not having to worry about there being juice in the tank. I modded my original a little; took the ring at the bottom off, as I like it on fully open airflow anyway, and put an extra o-ring around underneath the juice control ring, plus really tighten it up a lot after filling; no leaks. Great little tank. I have a clone Goliath too, and the juice control ring was just about immovable. Removing an o-ring, and sanding down, I've read as fixes. I removed an o-ring which helped a lot, put the parts in the ultrasonic to help with getting them apart, and have a Dremel on my purchase list to sand it down properly; had a go with some very rough sandpaper so far, and can see it'll work great to fully sand it. Already looser. The original Goliath is amazing. And sydsut's idea of going deeper into exploring the tanks you have already sounds a great idea too. It was because of that thread and prof beards review, I bought one with the drip tube and some extras. It must have impressed me as I bought another. It's up there with the rose for flavour but a doddle to fill. Cotton lasts for weeks using the same adv.

Not the cheapest tank in the world, (never been cloned) but a favourite of mine www.atmistique.gr/evivat.html?Built right, never leaks, great flavour and if you can't be bothered to build it yourself, pre built coils can be bought. Top filler as well and can also be used as a dripper.

Yep, they're kosher. Just for devilment Now that's a perfect setup. You planning on a nickel build in that there rose, if so let us know the results Tried it, I wasn't that impressed. I might have another go with some different wire.

I'm hoping someone makes sleeves for the VT so I can have mine shiny SS like the zero. Did you order one from them ? no colour choice is a bit odd Got mine elsewhere. When I looked at the link, the colour was black.
