I have this kit (in purple ) All the coils with mine were 2.5ohm, a variety makes more sense imo. The batteries last longer than I expected considering they are 650mah. It looks really smart, and is great for out and about use. It feels like quality, and I wish I had got this as a starter kit when I started (they didn't exist then) Even the charger is more solid somehow. You can get higher mah batteries in the same colours, and I am tempted

Thanks Chrissie, that settles my mind more.I actually feel more breathless vaping than I did smoking fags? It could be the pg, or it could be the flavour. Bear in mind that I am oversensitive to loads of stuff including coffee ??? But I find some flavours make me tight chested. Most don't though If you just recently quit the cigs it could be your body readjusting/detoxing, in which case it should pass quickly

mmm. My mini davide is like this. Not enough juice getting to the coil. How to fix? No idea. ??? Sometimes it's just better and less stressful to take the head out, just in case it's dodgy. I get air bubbles stopping my juice getting to the coils when I refill. Put it on the battery (to stop air coming up the middle) cover all the air holes with your fingers (a bit like playing the flute ) and suck without firing the battery. You can see the air bubbles release. I don't have any probs after I have done that once every time I refill.

Hi Debbie, you really are doing fantastically Be easy on yourself, especially until you figure out what works for you and what doesn't. Experimenting is the key to giving up the stinkies almost effortlessly, ONCE those experiments help you find your bliss. Isn't it wonderful for couples to be able to give up. Before we discovered vaping, if one of us wanted to quit, it was far to easy to cadge a cig of the other one, so it was in essence impossible. I found quitting really easy, but hubby has struggled a bit. He had to have cigs in the house as a safety blanket, which made it far too easy for him to lapse. He has only recently decided that the only way to truly quit was to stop buying tobacco .... only took him a year Everybody's journey is a little different. At some point you have to decide to walk away from the stinkies (or not) but for most it comes naturally. Putting pressure on yourself can be counter productive, making you panic smoke. We all know what it is like to not get our nicotine fix when we need it. It trains smokers to think that they can't cope without a cig. Give your body a chance to get to know this new fangled way of getting nicotine. It was months and months before I stopped craving a cig if I forgot to vape enough. My brain has finally figured it out, but it took a long time to get there. I now have a panic clearo with more nic in than I normally vape. I now associate that with calm and stress relief rather than a cig. I only use it about once a week, but I know it is there. It takes months to truly figure out a system that works for you. Some like just one flavour, some (like me) need several flavours readily available to keep the taste buds interested. Clearos are not expensive, having several on the go at once is no biggie. Then there is all the batteries, different ohms, different volts etc. It is a journey of discovery, and can only be walked one step at a time. Finding flavours you like and what level of nicotine works for you is the first step. Once you have that under your belt the rest is surprisingly easy if you keep an open mind and let it be fun Keep up the experiments and remember to have fun along the way.

Yes you can dilute it, if you don't want to lower the nic, just make up some 0 flavour nic base the way you like it and then mix to taste

I long ago realised that I am more addicted to blowing smoke rings than the nicotine. I can't explain it, but for me at least the clouds are kind of the point Maybe I just like to feel like a dragon

I just add drops and guess how much % the flavour now is. Once I get a bead on how much I need I make up a proper batch.
You could make up a mix of 0 flavour with the right amount of nic pg/vg and mix the 2 together?
I have read that banana is a tank cracker, but it surprises me, I have been vaping banana for about a year and haven't once had a problem. I used to vape premixed DV banana in CE4s and now vape DV banana mixed at 10% in iClear16s. I keep an eye on the plastic in all my clearos and the banana one is just fine, after months of sitting with juice in constantly.

I tried someone elses e-cig at a christening. It was one of the older atomiser/cartridge systems, but I instantly knew that this would work for me. I wasted some dosh making a load of newbie mistakes (I had never used forums before, so I was vaping for a while before I discovered them) Since I started vaping, despite some disasters I must have smoked less than a packet of cigs in total, and none of them for months now. Hubby got caught up in the wave of my enthusiasm, and also quit ... almost, then slipped backwards for ages to 50/50 vaping/smoking. It worked for me because 1. I already wanted to quit. 2. I was more than willing to experiment and change things around until I found what really worked for me. Hubby wasn't desperate to quit, and he wanted a pipe. We got him a Chinese thing with cartos in, it kept breaking and drove me up the wall. Then I got him a mechanical one someone had made, and he loves it. Problem is he won't use anything else .... discovered recently that the button was broken on it, so it was only firing intermittently. This explains why he lapsed, and I wish I had figured it out quicker. Button is now fixed and 3 nights ago he dropped and broke his iPad going outside for a cig. He hasn't had a cig since, and swears this is it now. Just ordered him a smok e-pipe as a back up, and I really hope he sticks to vaping this time Now we are back to convos about throat hit ..... can't change his pipe ... have him on the best atty I could find that looks good on his pipe ... can't do VV because has to be a pipe (he hates the smok one, but convinced him it was better than falling back to the cigs in an emergency) ... won't let me mix for him because I can't make something that tastes exactly like dekang coffee All I can do is add more nicotine to his juice (have a years supply of 18mg juice for him, because he doesn't want too much nic ... it wasn't cutting it for him), and regularly clean the connections and change the coils. For me discovering vaping was miraculous (very few cig-a-likes here, because you can only sell 0nic ones so people start with relatively decent gear). For hubby it has taken him over a year to (hopefully) quit totally. I am now on approx. 5mg juice with an emergency atty with ...wait to be stunned ...12mg (18 is too much for me now) in it for rare times the cravings get to me. Horses for courses

So ..... doesn't that mean that e-cigs don't work? I am 100% sure that e-cigs are many times more effective than patches. For a start I know a few people that gave up smoking by accident with e-cigs .... never going to happen with patches

Don't you feel like throttling them, just a little Dragon. Nah, I just surreptitiously clean their battery contacts when they aren't looking lol (I really do that ) Yeah ok ... I do sometimes get the urge to throttle them.

People are funny, all the other vapers in the family envy my smoke clouds and want it too. Convo goes like this: How do I do that? Well ... you need a new battery. Nope I like my battery. Ok ... well you could try a new atty, these are good. Nope I like my atty. Well ... you could reduce your ohms? Don't want any of that confusing stuff. Um ... change your juice to one with more VG? I like this juice thanks. Soooo ..... you want me to help you change it, without actually changing anything? Pretty much ... yeah I did actually get the MIL onto twists .... but only because they were rainbow coloured

Sounds like the rules are the same as in Denmark. Here vaping is really catching on, everyone just imports their nic from the rest of Europe (loads of shops selling equipment and 0nic juice). If it is the same (which is highly likely) then you have nothing to worry about unless you set up a shop
