Camps - yes the other batteries are charging up fine.
jason - that is exactly what i do each time i recharge any battery.

Hi everyone. I haven't started a thread for so long that i had to pm Don to find out...lol
Anyway. The reason for this thread is that last night i went and plugged my battery in as it had flashed as it does when it runs low. Thing is the charger light stayed green. As though it was fully charged. I have another charger (the same) and tried to charge my battery with that one. But the same thing. Lit up green. It's a manual battery and doesn't come on when i press the button on it's side.
Strange thing is. This battery had worked really well for 2 days. 12 hours more than i usaully get out of it.
It's the first battery i have had that has died. Has it died ??
FYI i have always charged it as soon as it runs low (flashes). I have only charged it for as long as it takes (never overnight). I have always cleaned the thread before connecting for re-charging.
I've had the battery 5 weeks. Is this about right or a bit premature ?

lol at two year old. I remember it well.
Yeah i think in taking the nicotine this way it hits the back of your throat in a different way to analogs. If you were to go a couple of days without an analog then ...man...you wouldn't believe how foul they taste.
Have a bottle of water near you when you're sitting in one place. And just swig little and often. Its only first week or two it's like this.

I don't know if anyones told you but there is a period where you have a dry throat. You'll need to drink a bit more at first (water not beer or baileys or whatever...lol). You may get a few headaches (mild) for a while.
You may not get any of this but i'm just warning you as this is what i got at first.

Yean deffo need another one collie. All this having to share is good in a way. Cos when you get your own one you'll be well away with it. 3 fags compared to 15 or 20, however many you smoke, sounds good to me.
I reckon you're both gonna get into this and kick the analogs altogether at some point. Theres no rush though. If you wanna do it you will.

I tried quitting with patches a couple of times. They kept going out though.
Best thing to do with patches is stick em over your eyes. You can't find your fags....lol
Seriously though. You're meant to put them in a different place every day. I used to take mine off before i had a shower and put on a new one after my shower. Well i had put one on the back of my leg and forgot to take it off. I came out of the shower and put a new one on my arm. About an hour later i started to feel groggy and sick to my stomach. It wasn't till i went to bed that i realised i had the one on my arm and another on the back of leg. I also had one on the back of my other leg from the night before the night before.
No wonder i felt a bit groggo !!!!!!
I'm quite lucky i only have two legs.
