Last time I use them I have had 3 orders with them always get email saying dispatched next day then nothing arrives for over a week. It happening once (oh well it happens) twice (that's bad luck) but 3 times in succession now that's a pattern, it proves to me they are sending dispatched emails out when order hasn't really been sent & that is bad customer service. I get 99% of UK orders within 2 working days of it being dispatched yet this company has yet to deliver within 10, this may be my lucky one only been 7 so far. Planet Earth is too vague a delivery address for Royal Mail .... no wonder it takes 10 days!  Bugger I thought planet earth would suffice But seriously I live in norfolk & order still not here looks like its gonna be 3 in a row (orders over 10 days to arrive). I know there will not be a fourth order, I put a lot of value on good service & this company has failed me 3 times in a row & I no longer trust them the order dispatched email is just a downright lie |

It is with great sadness I have to inform you that Christmas is cancelled & its all my fault I wrote to Santa a few days ago with my christmas list & added on the end that I had been Really Good this year  apparently he died laughing  |

I'm gonna agree with you, fiddles, you definitely need help! Looks like Karma & Perpetua need to might accompany you to SA! Tracking is a nightmare I have order that has displayed dispatched to destination country since 11/11 , just checked it a couple of mins ago now states 19/11/2013 Arrived at overseas (Country code: GB) That was one hell of a plane ride 8 days in transit , thought it was supposed to be airmail !! |

Try stretching the spring slightly , I had same problem but once I made spring a little longer it seems to have solved the problem. not like you to miss an opportunity, i think you meant to say "if you give it a little tug, it will get bigger and stiffer"  I know but gotta try play nice once in a while |

would have to be the one I use the most My Evic with Kir Fanis telescopic tube Seconded, in 18650 - I seem to have an issue when in 18350 mode on this tube, my Evic will power off very occasionally. I just wish it was a lighter set-up. Try stretching the spring slightly , I had same problem but once I made spring a little longer it seems to have solved the problem. |
