I keep seeing some say the IGO-L has a tight draw, wish mine did, mine gives the Kanger Protank a run for it's money ??? Oh that bad is it? :s the protank is quite airy, my igo-L was actually tighter when I first opened it as it had some shavings left in the air hole and had to tap it out

Did you position the air hole in line with the coil Bernard as that will affect the draw if you didn't. Have you tried the IGO again since taking the drill to it? If it is a bit big now, you could always fill it with some wondrous compound that I'm sure must exist and re-drill again. * Says she who doesn't have a power tool to her name. * I did, before i drilled it and it was actually ok but a little too tight, I made sure it was lined up with the coil every time, I reattached it, but as I took a draw my battery went flat :/ That's a great idea, fill the hole and redrill another on the other side, but if it turns out ok, (when my batterys charged I'll keep it like that Thanks

Hi peeps
Had my shiney new igo-L delivered this afternoon,(my first RDA) after a few drips and draws. I noticed that the draw is very tight, I prefer a looser draw, so I got the drill out and drilled the hole a little wider to 1.5mm that's the smallest drill bit I have, do you think that is too big as I'm really not sure, also do they sell spare caps?
Thanks in advance

I can confirm it was the charger, there was a loose connection in the part that it plugs in to the plug, and it was some how freezing the charger and stop providing power to the battery in turn the red LED was staying on :/ Thanks for all the help

ouch, unlucky mate..I've never taken an ego battery apart how did you manage that? have you got a soldering iron? you could just re-connect the wire with a tiny dab of solder? I took it apart because I wanted to see if a wire came loose or something and was causing a short :/ ooops Haven't got a soldering iron Just have to use the 650mah one for now

might of had some juice in the 510 connector of your battery, which has now got into the charger you could try opening the charger (unplugged) ..should just be 2 little Phillips screws, see if there is any moisture in there and if so dry it out with a cotton bud. have you got a multimeter? I don't have a multimeter, would be worth picking one up, just took the 900mah ego apart and accidentally snapped the black ground wire :/ now I'm left with the 650mah ego Order the vamo v3 BC so hopefully should be here by the end of next week :fingers crossed:

I've just picked up the Vamo V3 BC and thought it was bargain IMO at $33/£21 or a little extra for the kit, if you can see past the looks then it would make a wonderful devcice, if the swirly look is not your taste the Vamo V2 is a great device for the price too,
thanks

The charger should show a red light while it's charging and it will turn to green when fully charged It doesn't turn to green, even after about 12 hours charging :/
