Cheralynn Karma it's a shame because their missing out on the tasty vapour goodness :/ I know, what really annoys me is the resistance to even try it! Hubby has had a couple of teeny wee vapes in the early days of me vaping and said it was horrible, so now won't consider it ??? That's exactly how my dad is unfortunately :/ |

Thanks for the kind words peeps Yea he's chuffed to bits  we was sat for about an hour tasting flavours and looking at different devices etc Just got to try and convert my dad now who seem to be somewhat of an anti-vaper & pro smoke, yuuuk! * fingers crosses* Bernard, your Dad & me are probably of a similar age where we think whatever damage we've done. we've done by now, so what's the point? Just try and persuade him on the financial side and the pounds saved can make such a difference to his life, and to the lives of his kids, and with NO sacrifice whatsoever, in fact it's a better experience. I get what you mean, will do thanks for the advice |

Hi guys just wanted to let you all know I've managed to convert my brother in law He seems very fascinated by all the gadgets & gizmos And is enjoying vaping so far, As I have a new mod I gave him 2 x ego 650mah batteries 1 x charger 1x carto tank with carto 1x plinth 1x carry case 1x drip tip 1x20ml tutti frutti e-juice I thought a carto tank was a good place to start as they are hassle free and no messing around They were only sitting in my kit and I thought it would be a great idea as he has been trying to give up smoking for some time with the NHS's terrible and costly "NRT" I've only been vaping myself for 4 months and I've came a long way since like the rest of you. I hope he stick to it and the more people I can convert the happier ill be and their pockets too *eventually* Thanks Bernard *happy vaping* |

Yes have downloaded the e-juice calculator, Do these require steeping or can I use straight away as I'm very low on juice  Thanks The Fruits and Menthol especially, will be pretty much good to go Bernard . . . Custard will take longer to develop, any of the Custard/Vanilla type flavours it's probably a couple of weeks for them to be a nice vape. But your other flavours should keep you going in the meanwhile. Sounds good thanks! Think ill mix up the vanilla custard and let It steep for a good while, can't wait to try them! |

I've never done any DIY mixing before but I've got everything ready and taking the leap soon I ordered some 2ml samples from flavour art Watermelon vanilla custard Tutti frutti Menthol The watermelon smells amazing & the tutti frutti smells wild If anyone has a good recipe and % for the above flavourings Please kindly post them, as it would help a lot Thanks Sorry a little off topic :/ |

My black chrome Vamo keeps popping apart at the press joint below the switches what can I use to hold it firm, would something like Loctite do the job. Dave I'm not sure what you could use, maybe a super strong metal glue would be a good start? how long have you had it? Can't you get it replaced? |

Are you sure that the vamo v4 isn't just the v3 in SS, I don't have any issues with mine firing, I heard it was the rainbow heaven ones that had that issue, fast tech have reported they are flying off the shelves! I had to wait for a new batch to be made before mine was shipped, it's my first mod, and for the price and quality it really can't be beaten, I like the design, swirls is the new, plain is the old  |

Agree it is very much improved, I was thinking about getting a carbon fibre j wrap but im a bit concerned it won't seat correcty with the swirly design :S Maybe worth a try Bernard, it would certainly improve it's appearance and even if it bedded a little into the grooves it would make them a bit smoother and less in yer face  Sounds good to me, I'll get a wrap fit it and let you know how it goes |
