I've been reading this forum for a while, and found really good advice that has helped me getting started. Thank you! 
Now I have a couple of questions about 0ml e-liquid. I've found that some suppliers like Waves of vapour and Liberty Flights sell them at a lower price, I expect because nicotine is the most expensive ingredient in most e-liquids. Is there any other reputable supplier doing the same out there?
I'd also like to try mixing my own liquid. There is a lot of useful information on this forum, and some recipes I'd like to try, however I'd need to adapt them to make them nicotine free.
My plan is to start off by purchasing some ready mixed AVG and flavours from one of the suppliers you recommend, and mix them in a dropper bottle (experimenting with ratios), wait for as long as I can to let them steep (that's going to be the most difficult part....). But.... is it that simple, or am I missing something?
Another question: does anyone know where I can purchase graduated bottles 10-30ml? (safety/childproof cap is not required). Something like ebay item number 120413037791, but from the UK.
