It's the bit that connects to the battery. Went to disconnect last night and battery just kept turning, resorted to pulling it out, and a bit of the charger came too. Had to take it off using pliers. Luckily battery charged and none the worse for its experience!

You'll need to check with your airline about vaping on board, most don't allow it. You can carry pvs on board, batteries must be carried in hand luggage, not allowed in hold

I carried my evod with me, and put my vivi in my suitcase. No problems at all with evod, but vivi leaked everywhere.
