That`s a fair point indeed !
although wasn`t there a time when we were all saying they`re most certainly not a quitting aid (disclaimers on sites etc) - is that still the notion or has it all changed ?

The super-T looks a lot better but I`m almost afraid to ask the price - C9V is shut again so can`t even compare prices or check stock on anything.
Edit: About £83 with kick from the US I think.

It looks like a plumbing accessory from the Screwfix catalogue.
Good idea in theory though - as soon as they put on a collar-twist to change the wattage, it will be even better. Should open up a lot of opportunities to use the cheap tubes.

Correct hardyboater, you`ll need to get an 18650 extension cap....rough guess, somewhere around the £20 mark delivered, maybe a bit more.

If you can make things, that`s half the battle won  I started with lots of little different things and it drove me spare, it really did - but I seem to have honed in to what I actually use and just have more of the same thing now, so storage is really dependent on what you use and what you have.... the more options and ideas the better.... It`s still neverending though........ |

Fixed  I actually bought the drawers just to store the CARTOS - the other 3 drawers were bonus storage space....one has my day to day bulk flavours kept separate. |

I haven`t seen the ones on FT, but if they`re a cheap brand, could than be false economy if the mah is exaggerated - and might be better in the long run to get fewer but better slightly lower mah (but genuinely rated) ones ?

I haven`t decorated them Jen as I liked them just as they were - they`re like a slightly grey natural colour - I also got the trio of the round cornered square ones as well....well, they had to balance on my shelves There are cheaper ones around but they`re all square and treasure chest style.... they looked a bit more "deco" style to me. Also, check out acrylic ice cream stands for tube mods and acrylic lipstick display stands for 18650 batteries (I can`t find the one I bought at the moment on fleabay) |
