At less than £40, I couldn't resist.

Added to list!
I'm building another batch of aluminium tube versions. Should be ready to ship Tuesday.

I'm a very slow typist - took me 10 minutes.

The filler needs to be at the open end of the cart, so that it's touching the mesh in the centre of the atomiser. It's normal for the filler to get pushed back, even with new carts. When I was using carts, I carried a pin with me, and every time I filled the cart with juice, I teased the filler right down to the open end.
Many people give up with carts, and move on to cartomisers, clearomisers or tanks, or just drip the juice straight onto the atomiser.
An Iatty is a model of rebuildable atomiser, made by Imeo, "the golden Greek". PG and VG are the two main types of base liquid that are used in juice - short for propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine (or something very similar). It's the carrier liquid that the nicotine and flavour is added to, and it's what actually makes the vapour.

Just enough filler so that it doesn't fall out - no need to cram it in.

It's been nearly 2 weeks, so I figured you'd dropped out?

Between 30 and 50 each of atties, cartos and clearos, plus several rebuildables. 15 PVs, plus at least 2 of just about every size of battery. Enough parts to build a dozen or more mods. About 500ml of juice ready to vape, and enough ingredients to make another 2 or 3 litres.
Should keep me going for a couple of years!

I've not received the wick from Tim yet (it's only been a couple of days since all the invoices for the group buy were sent out), so I'm using the last of my Bulli wick.
If you're stuck, I guess you could always use a clearo wick?

I wonder if it's an intermittent contact - either on the coil wires to the terminals or the centre post to the battery connector? I've heard of something similar happening with a different attie on a Provari. I think that the Provari gets confused if the resistance (and hence the current) fluctuates, and shuts down to protect itself.
Try the "silver foil ball" trick on the battery connector, and doublecheck that the coil and no-res wires are secure by wiggling everything.

The Provari has an electronic current limiter. It will only supply 12 watts AFAIK. Any more than this, it will display an error. Sounds like your coil resistance is too low. Like Ian says, it can happen if 2 of the turns are touching each other, or the end turns are touching something metal inside.
Try turning the voltage right down, and see what happens. Also try taking a resistance reading on the Provari. Anything less than 1.5ohms, and you need to keep the voltage down to 4v or so.

I've had my RTA prototype on my "basic" Provari for a while now. Not sure what I'm going to use on my new black chrome version.

If necessary, I'll take 100 metres of the 1mm. I think I'm already down for 50 metres, so I'll take another 50 metres.
