It's hard to tell mate, since the absorption rate of nicotine is different for patches, smoking and vaping. But if you wanted to know how many mg you are vaping a day you work out how many ml you vape and at what strength. E.g. I vape about 3ml of 16ish mg per day meaning I vape 48mg in a day. How much of that enters my bloodstream, and how fast it gets there is where the differences lie between vaping and other forms of nicotine.

Personally I like the looks/feel of both. I have my trusty Vamo and it's perfect for chain vaping in front of the pc without worrying about battery life, the ohms checker is a godsend and variable wattage means I get a consistant vape. Have had my hands on a few side firing and bottom firing mech mods (don't own a mech myself.... YET) and they just feel...well better. They fit the hand better, the firing button on a bottom button mech feels sturdier and less clicky, the best way I can describe it is they feel more streamlined, along with looking better. Low res coils (1.2ish) and you will get clouds of vapour and still be able to use a protected battery to keep it safe. None of this sub ohm coils lark for me, I like my teeth not blown out of my skull thank you very much =D

Not a problem, had a lot of help from this forum so it's nice to be able to give it back.

Yeah that should work perfectly fine if you stick to buying PG nic base.

The calculator you are using must not give negative figures because on e juice me up it actually says you would need to remove 0.3ml of VG to get it to 70/30. But as a rough guide you could leave it at 5.8 and it would just be a tiny bit over the 18mg you want

If you used VG nic base you wouldnt be able to mix that recipe at 70/30 pg/vg. There would be too much vg base used to be able to balance it out with pg to get it to that ratio without taking the mix under the 18mg final strength

If you favour a heavier PG ratio then it's best to buy PG based nicotine. If you want to use my lazy method then 50/50 mix from LT in 26mg would be fine since you can cut it down with pg and the flavourings are pg based as well.

I like the general layout of it. Personally I would have Shop as the second category next to Home instead of at the end. Also maybe more pictures, both in the shop menus and for the products themselves. And maybe once you have clicked on shop have a links/category bar down the left hand side of the page to be able to navigate quicker than having to either start from the beginning by clicking Shop again or backtracking through the categories. Just a few suggestions and based on my personal opinion and preferences of course but all in all it does look very good. =)

If it doesn't give me a headache, it's fine. If I don't feel the need to stab someone with a blunt spoon it's fine. Pretty much the parameters for whether the nicotine strength is too high/low In regards to mixing I'm a complete novice at this but I did mix using 54mg nicotine this weekend when I had an alchemist session with a friend and the e juice me up calculator made it extremely easy to do compared to my first attempts with strong base which turned out tasting rancid. And my friend is still alive, apparently I did a good job with his mixes using the strong base =p Tried a few of my lazy mixes and some need a bit more steeping but they weren't too bad either

Close double is 3.6 so it would go down to 14.4mg. They sell 26mg base if you want to get it down to 18mg instead. Or you can just buy the 54mg pg base and some VG/PG to dilute using the ejuice me up calculator. The mixes I have made really are a lazy way of mixing and are not 100% accurate.
The base is 50/50 and once you add 10% flavour you end up with a 60/40 pg/vg mix
