Hey guys, I'm new to posting here but not new to the forums =p My name is Jordan, I've been vaping for just over a year and until now lurking to get the information I needed seems to have done the trick for any basic information I needed.
Over the last month I have been hit with a serious case of the dreaded shinyitis! Previously i was just using a standard 900mah passthrough battery with pretty standard top wick clearo's. ce4/ce5/mini nova etc. That is until I saw the ego V V2 mega for £20 and I HAD TO HAVE IT. As a result I then had to try a few new shiny tanks so i got both of the SMOK pyrex tanks (the pyrex DCT and the Pyrex Nova with a high resistance coil) along with an evod and a wickless ce5+
I just had a few questions if anyone can help out it would be much appreciated. Some of the questions I'm pretty sure I know the answer to, others I just want an opinion from people with more experience =)
1. Vaping my 1300mah battery at 4-4.5v with the DCT seems to drain the battery faster than on the passthrough I was using. I'm assuming this is because of the higher voltage draining the battery faster?
2. I've read a lot about the carto tanks argument single coil carto vs dual coil carto and having only tried the dual coils in my SMOK tank can anyone give me a plain english answer to which is better and why?
3. Any suggestions for what my next step in upgrades/mods/shiny things that make me go oooooooh and hand over my bank details? I want to try mods/fully rebuildable attys etc but have no idea where to start since i take one look at all the you must do this, you must not do that, this is the hard part of doing this etc etc and it all seems a bit overwhelming. Plus I don't think my missus would appreciate me either setting fire to the house or wasting money breaking new toys. (Don't ask me how but I probably would blow something up knowing my luck)
4. Are there any smaller (in length) VV batteries that don't cost a fortune. My missus is jealous of the better flavour on my VV but she has tiny hands so my battery is a bit unwieldy for her.
Thanks in advance guys =)
