Hi Doris.... Couple of things.. Just read through your blog and it says that sku 13165 Squape issues have been resolved and replacement bases have been sent out ... I ordered one on 27/02 and have had problems with the centre post connection ... When I complained to customer service they asked me to send a video of it !! ... At this point I gave up ... Also, about 3 weeks ago I ordered an Aqua and an Origin mod ...having expected them to have arrived a couple of days ago I emailed customer services and was told the order had not been dispatched because the origin is still out of stock .. They replied quickly and I was offered a refund or replacement, which was good, but my point is, is that had I not chased up the order I wouldn't have known that it was still waiting to re-stock.... Especially as you are still advertising the origin as a "hot deal" Please don't slip into the Fasttech bad practice of advertising items that you do not have ... Especially if we have no way of tracking the items or no emails to confirm despatch of orders... If you could look into the Squape issue I would appreciate it ... I can PM you details if required Spike ... spikusAs a reseller, we aim to cater to our customers. We doesn't advertise the item to "hot deal", the system would do once there are large demand and many orders for this item. We are honest to our customers. We couldn't order directly from the manufacturer because of MOQ. We have to purchase from our supplier. However, the suppliers are not honest because they are afraid of you buy elsewhere, they may say "yes, we will ship to you today or tomorrow", but then we have to wait another week for the excuse of "product problem found"! again and again. Depends on the circumstances in China, those ecig factories wont sell products to domestic market because they look for larger profit in B2B system or foreign customers and it is not easy to find good , stable suppliers now. If products sell hot, we will purchase much more, but even with this action, the demand can not easily to meet. We wish we could disclose more inforamtion about Chinese market someday in future. buddha, focalecig to not send email confirmations, if you sign into the focalecig website, or if it was a group buy for your 1st order then register an account using email same as your paypal account then you will be able to click on your sign in email name top left of website page, and look at orders. Foclecig the Aqua in your description also has the Hybrid Connection Pin for the Origin MOD, which is not in your package contents list. snout71 if I have got it right you are referring to the white/clear silicone grommet that goes in the base of the black arrow before you assemble that base to the ceramic/wick/wire/s part. If so you don`t need it as to put it back blocks the airflow. In the video earlier in this post that grommet does not exist. I may be wrong, but one reason for you getting 0.0 ohms then 9.9 ohms could be by using the grommet mentioned by Brambles, which is an ideal solution, but not for long term use as that grommet isn`t as wide as the very small "O" would be and softer material, which means if you screw up the ceramic holder too tight is squashes the grommet out of shape as such your wire/s could touch the drip housing base and cause problems. So until the missing "O" ring is received you have to treat it gently. Hope it makes sense. Griff Hello Griff, please check email
