 ionian and congratulations on the first step! as chykensa said the advice given is cracking and I can't add to it (although EVOD's are amazing IMO!) but I will say that I have been Cig free for a few days now and it's a brilliant feeling, not stinking is the best thing so far. It makes me feel ill when someone walks in that has had a Cig I can really smell it now and it's awful to think I smelt like that eeeeww! I'm not going to lie I could still happily light up but I know I don't need to. I really hope you enjoy your set-up as that's the main issue, finding something that suits and keeps you away from Cigs! keep us posted we are standing by with advice and support

I'm glad everything is ok and  everyone can be together at home today! you have a few hours of nappy changing practice to get in before your poop machine gets home  It's good that your all rested now it sounded like you all needed it! |

I have found that T-juice forest affair is very parma violet to me now, it might just be a tastebud change thing as it used to be my favourite as it tasted like a lovely berry mix but I can now not stand it as its perfumy/floral/parma taste I can't stand! |

g3mmaYou will be suprised, it doesn't photograph well but it's really neat in the hand. Just a little tip, when you do get it, i found easiest setting is to just leave it on VW. That way you can try your different attys without worrying about what voltage to set.  A bit like me then!  Thanks for the tip |

Thanks zeldamum and Sal It really does help that I know they are still there it takes the stress out of thinking you haven't got them and if it gets really bad just have one sort of mentality (I won't have one tho!) and can't wait for the time to come where I can feel comfortable enough to bin them. |
