gaz0012 take a photo of the damage and log into your account on FT and find your order that contained the Pulse-G RBA and click on "support & services" and then click on "items defective or damaged (DOA)" then follow the on screen instructions adding your photo. Hope you get it sorted and sorry if you already knew how to let FT know you received a damaged item. Griff

jeffc the spec is very good compared to the Samsung Galaxy Tablet in fact the Aldi one looks better. You also have the 3 year guarantee with Aldi and IMHO Medion stuff is good. Griff

delvap I have an RG500 tank and to start with had the same issues as you. So I wrapped a very small piece of cotton wool round the bottom of the coil as seen hereAfter posting Super-Shiny came on and on the odd occasion  mentioned cotton wool and micro coils. Super-Shiny made this step by step guide, which I followed and is far far better than the way I tried  SO if you okay with making your own coils etc. follow Super-Shiny post and you will not have gurgling Griff

robby and @freefromsmoking I have the one from Vaporbreak in chrome for roughly £11 plus p&p and they are really good. With it having the pull down top fire button you can put it down without it firing  Still might go for the SS one on FT...........one can never have enough gear icon_shoppingm Griff

robby indeed, a bit of rough screwing I like this ORIGIN style MOD as you can use a kick with an 18650 IMR battery, but if you look at the 4th picture from the left it looks like the screw to lock the fire button set up in place is missing. I am waiting for FT to confirm that it comes with that screw before ordering  Griff
