Make your own menthol concentrate 5g tub of menthol crystals from chemist into a 10ml bottle fill with pg warm 10sec microwave shake. Very strong so add a few drops at time to your mix.

I make my own coils and use between 1.8ohm and 2.0ohm on my isticks I do prefer the 1.8 though. For tanks I use protank mini's and aerotank mini clones. I think aspire tanks are compatible though.

I got 1000ml Nov 2013 just keep 100mls in fridge the rest in the freezer sydsut. I've only used 100ml so far and I got a very good deal from vaporemporium 25% xmas discount don't know if there is one this year not checked it out. I paid I think £68.00 including delivery.

Blunt needles and syringes are from ebay very cheap sydsut the gloves need to be nitrile if you use them I don't bother now though I have some I bought when I first started mixing.

You won't need such a large amount of pg and vg whiteshep I bought a litre of pg September 2013 and still have more than half left. Vg is sold by boots and super drug as glycerin at about £1.30 for 200 mls. I think most chemists sell it.
