womble and I chatted about this last week and I think we were both in the agreement the XBox seems to be venturing further and further from what it was actually introduced as, a games console, that instinctively puts me off because I feel like the majority of what I would pay for one isn't geared at the gaming experience and more of the 'media', something I couldn't give two hoots about. We have a kinect, we bought the kinect pack when we bought our 360 but it was for the kids, the Wii was getting old, waving about a controller had lost it's novelty and we thought the full body sensor thing would be great for the kids, especially with our less than spectacular summers and spectacular amounts of rain. It really didn't enter our heads the fact we could control the thing by voice and giving it a bit of a wave, didn't care. Just thought it would be great for the kids, and for family nights where we all use one of our consoles together for a laugh. There's a rather embarassing video of me deep inside OHs phone of me having to slap my thigh whilst I was riding a pig in Carnival Games. It's Oscar winning, but I digress. PS4, meh. Not been a PS owner since II, the only thing that slightly pulled me to a 3 was Gran Turismo, but buying a whole and at the time expensive console just for 1 game is silly. I know I'll end up buying one, if not both of them, I'm too much of a nerdy gamer girl not to, but in time for release? Nope, not sold enough to pre-order just yet. Although it's had hugely poor sales I still love the WiiU and I've still got a shelf of pre-owned games for the 360 I've not even started on yet.

Thanks everyone! I gave them a quick call, young girl answered and she didn't seem quite to know what to say but I know they were advertising for call centre staff a couple of weeks ago so maybe she's still learning the ropes, she was really pleasant though. We have both receipts so will head there tomorrow will everything in tow (good idea DiscoDes!) and let you know. In normal situations I'd get a refund but it's gonna make things awkward and OH will increase his stinkies without doubt, he's still not managed to quit them totally so we'll go for an exchange and keep fingers crossed.

Used 3 different evods on them OK, I only ask because sometimes there's a rogue atty with a sticky-outy centre pin which pushes too far down on the battery. PM me your details and I'll lend you a spare Riva to see you through until you can get yours sorted. Aww thanks!! So so kind of you, but I shall pass Really could do without the petrol but we're gonna pop to the B&M shop tomorrow and get it sorted, still not sure if I want to exchange or refund. I would refund but that'll leave us all weekend with 1 battery between us and he's not at home all day over the weekends whereas I am so an exchange would be more practical but I don't want a repeat! I'm also a bit worried this is user error and don't want to break yours!!! I would certainly contact ecig wiz as soon as poss and tell them your position. Do you use the same charger for the twist? Hard luck Sassy, these things are sent to annoy us. Bloody right it's annyoed me Gonna give them a call before we go tomorrow, I'm sure I remember them having a sign up saying something about returns of starter kits (could just be the clearo part though as they are disposable) but best to double check before we make the journey.

It does sound like the centre pin. The difficulty is lifting it enough to re-establish the contact but not too much so as to pull the pin out. A mm at a time is the trick. Did you use the same atty on both batteries? Used 3 different evods on them

Already got a twist which is what we're sharing. Skinter than a skint thing in skintville, can't afford to buy more. We have the receipts to get them exchanged, but well, do I really want 2 more from the same place? Urgh, not what we fecking need this week

This can't be right!! Both purchased from eCigWizard in the B&M store. OH's went a few days ago, lights up as normal, no power to clearo, when putting it in the charger the light stays solid green and the button light on the battery stays off. I've read about giving the plate at the top of the battery a little lift, done that numerous times, no change. Now it's happened to my battery that I bought from them on Saturday. Again, lifting the plate slightly hasn't fixed it. Both are clear and dry from any juice, as is the charger. It could be bad luck but I think it's odd 2 batteries kaput within 7 days of purchase. Is there anything else I can try? OH and I are down to 1 battery to share now, not good.

Sounds like it the juice caramelising on the coil, what juice is it? Yep, was about to say the same. I'm on week 3 of my evod coil and still gives a good vape.

Wooooo, FRIDAY! - What’s something you regret throwing away?
- When did you last blow up a balloon?
- If you suddenly received a load of money and could open up some kind of shop or service just for the pleasure of having it (assume it wouldn’t have to be too financially successful!), what would it be?
- If you could get on a plane tomorrow, where would you go for a week? Where would you go for a month?
- What’s your favourite zoo animal?

how many caffeine drinks per day sassy? I was drinking about 10 mugs of tea and slowly cut down to about 5 of tea and 3 of decaffeinated. Also drink water in between which tastes boring but i feel better for it. I cant be doing with the palpitations from having too much caffeine. Try alternating each coke with a water till you are on only half as many cokes in a day over say a period of a couple of months rather than doing it too quickly A fair few, but I thought that would be the best way for me to start so I'm alternating cola and fruit squash, can't stand plain water but atleast the squash is sugar free lol
