Moan and complain like crazy. May not get your tablet any sooner, but at least you get to vent your frustration. Can you not get the item somewhere else? I did complain bitterly this morning and guess what - 3.15 this afternoon I received an email telling me the tablet has been dispatched only just seen the email coz I've been out all afternoon. Estimated delivery date for tablet now 14 November In my complaint I pointed out that the tablet showed at order time that it was in stock, and that in fact it is still showing as in stock today, so why had it not been sent out to me. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the dispatch email lol. So it does help to complain sometimes eh jtcPerpetuaChrissie

They'd only already shipped out the case and the screen protectors, but no tablet (even though it stated on the site 'in stock'), I thought ok, no problem, the tablet will ship out a day or 2 later - WRONG - at the bottom of the email it gave me an estimated delivery date for the tablet of: wait for it...........................................23rd of bl**ding December!!!!! It's an estimated delivery time though toots . . . . so you may well be fortunate and find it's back in stock before then. Wouldn't hurt to have a grumble at the Seller however. Yeah right Perpetua - knowing my luck it will surpass the estimated delivery time and end up on my doorstep well after xmas

Oh dear I'd certainly complain and explain the case that you shouldn't be paying Any return costs. We just bought our little one this for Christmas www.argos.co.uk/product/5315666It seems great, responsive, loud dolby sound and a lovely bright screen. I've updated to android marshmallow and I'm very happy at the price point. On reading reviews, unless playing high graphic demanding games then it's a great 10" tablet. I know there is a lot better out there but for my little one it'll be perfik and honestly I'd be very happy to own one too. Anyway I hope you get looked after and it doesn't cost you I won't be returning the case & protectors as it's just too much trouble over here and the postage costs are sky high. I wouldn't think Amazon would pay such high rates of postage for returning goods. No, I shall just wait patiently for the tablet to arrive, and what with the xmas international post I really won't be expecting to get that till well after xmas now. Am well used to waiting long times for all my e-cig stuff from FT so I suppose this will be no different eh haha. I think I saw a Lenovo tablet on Amazon when I was searching for mine last night, don't know why I rejected one of those. The one I've ordered is a Dragon Touch X10 10.6 inch Octa Core, Android 5.1 Lollipop: This one. Anyway I hope your little one loves his/hers, I'm sure he/she will. And I've just noticed mine still says the damn thing is in stock

Don't you just love it when a good plan................................fails!!! Last night I spent a good 2 hours on amazon looking for a pretty good spec on a 10" android tablet, reading all the reviews (as you do) and finally whittled my decision down to a choice of 2 tablets. Finally made my No 1 choice but really could have chosen either of those 2. Found a decent case for that particular tablet and a pack of screen protectors also to fit that particular tablet - yay, now it's time for ordering Placed the order, fantastic and yes they do ship all three of those items to my little island - brilliant. Having exhausted myself mentally I then retired happily to bed Next day, turned on computer, emails flew in as per normal, also one from Amazon. Great I thought, my order has already shipped, so after making a coffee sat down to read my email from Amazon. Oh dear, that was when my good plan ceased to exist. So, all I can do with the case & screen protectors for the next 5/6/7 weeks is look at them, they're no flippin good to me without the soddin main item (tablet) are they This is the problem these days with companies that are too big. A smaller company might have sent an email saying the tablet is not in stock do I want to change my order for another tablet and accessories to fit that one. I could have then chosen the other tablet I was looking at and found the accessories for that one and had them all sent together and received within about 10 days. Good 'ol Amazon gets the dunces hat once again Rant over with!!!!
