Firstly apologies for not posting earlier. I decided about three weeks ago with a bit of prompting from the doc and the good lady to try and give up stinkys,
so along i went to the supermarket and picked up a e cigarette with it i managed to only have 10cigs that week (i was on 30 a day before that and a smoker for 40yrs non stop).

then i found this forum Hallelujah i had seen the light and after overloading myself with information i contacted paradisevape and bought a itaste v3 and about 6 sample juices i must admit i was surprised that i did not like tobacco flavors and the only ones i like at the moment are menthol and mint no doubt i will find more, i have now been completely of stinkys for two full weeks and have even been out for a drink and had no problems. 

my sincere thanks go to all posters on the forum for the help and inspiration to give this a go if someone had told me a month ago i would be off cigarettes  i would have laughed at them as i enjoyed smoking. I have now joined the forum and will no doubt be pestering you all for information as i think i might buy a vtr or something with a bigger capacity for home use, but right at this moment i am just delighted at staying off stinkys ,
