Definitely dehydrated. No wonder you had kidney stones! Never had them before or since. But I know this is a problem for me, but I just dont want to have a drink and I dont get an urge to do so. I might try to get a water bottle and see if this pushes me to drink more. It is a problem I know. |

I am really REALLY poor in fluid intakes. Despite having kidney stones soon after I started vaping. I suspect I dont drink half a litre a day of water if at all, but I have about 3 brews of coffee normal cup.
I know its really poor intake, but I just dont get thirsty during the day. I do have a bottle of pop at the side of the bed, but this will last me a few weeks.
I have tried to increase it, but I just dont feel the need to drink. Is their something wrong with me?

The ecig industry was very quick in arriving and I suspect many will be even quicker leaving. Many have made shed loads of money charging for over priced juices that cost pennies to make, yet £15 - £20 to buy.
I wont shed a tear for some of them to be honest

LOL, I do wash them, maybe months was over the top, but my Kanger pre-built coils for example are lasting weeks and weeks and you cant dry burn these and I suspect many others are the same.
