Package arrived today thanks Macca Love the black tank. Goes well on the Provari. First impressions. Looks and feels really good. I had the same problem as Macca with the top cap pinching the juice control and it unscrewed that as well. Flavour is really good. I filled it with Mentholyptus and it really brings out the flavour. Also tried VR Minnesota Menthol and that tastes great as well. It is a bit too airy for me. I normally have my Ody's set up to have a tighter draw. Saying that, it is a pleasant vape. Plenty of vapour and flavour. It actually seemed strange going back to the Ody afterwards, so I may start adjusting those to allow more air flow. One little problem. I found that juice collects in the connector part of the base. This means it will leak out of the air hole if it is left on it's side. One of the main problems with Genesis style attys. I think this is mainly happening when you open the top cap and it unscrews the juice control as well. Juice is flooding into the coil chamber and down into the base section. This makes topping up quite a messy process. Not sure how they could improve the top cap to prevent this. Other than making it more like the Ody with the juice control extending above the top cap. As I said, these are only my initial impressions. I'm going to run a few more tanks of juice through it and then attempt to rebuild it. I'll report back on my progress

Don't know if I can wait that long Steve. I'm a bit concerned about the pictures showing what looks like two different versions. Worth a punt for that price though.

It's a fantastic price Steve, very tempted by it. I should have one tomorrow. I'll let you know how it compares to the German one.

Looks like iVapour-elixir has the "other" Chody in stock now for £34.95 which is a great price if it is as good as the German one. www.ivapour-elixir.co.uk/parts/rebuildable-atomisers/aga-t2-atomizer-1.htmlNot sure why it has aga-t2 in the link. Probably a typo so the link may change. I also note the two pictures shown seem to show different versions. The one showing the parts looks more like the German version. The base looks taller than the one shown in the main picture.

Yes but two different batches, its the first one that it doesn't fit on. The other two from another batch take my Odysseus locking rings albeit with scratchy threads. But the ceramic housings still have the same problem with the base - go figure I managed to snag some spares from Cam the other week. So, I've got enough to turn the chody into a v2. Not bothered yet because it works really well anyway. Did you notice any difference in the ceramics between batches?

Tested mine already Steve and it fits two out of 3 chodys Tbh, I'm not in the least bit bothered by a plated locking ring but I would get some ss ones if they were in with another order. Did you buy all the chodys from the same place?

The threading on the Chody ceramic holder is slightly different to the real Ody. As I've mentioned before, I can't get the Chody ceramic holder to fit inside a real Ody, or the real Ody drip mode base. So, you may find a real Ody ring may not fit on the Chody ceramic holder.
Mine is due to be re-coiled soon and I will test a spare Ody ring on it to see if it fits.

Well I've finally decided to dip my toe in this mixing lark, ordered some flavourings, no idea what I'm doing, but I've never really visited this section of the forum so I guess I will do some reading over the weekend ready for when the stuff arrives, so hope it's ok for me to hang out here a bit, going to start off with Steve's recipe for the Banana & Custard, looking forward to it, must resist the urge to buy more things just yet Remember it has to steep for at least a week. Two is better. I just leave mine on the shelf with the lid off all the time. I waited two weeks before I started using it and it gets better each time I fill up the Ody.

I know Steve,i can't find any of the old videos now either. :(I can remember the first time i made a coil in this way,i couldnt believe it fired up at all :)It lasted me around six weeks and was the most enjoyable six weeks of vaping i had with the oddy.I only sold it because it was massive in big mode and that was the only way you could see your juice level. Can you get clear tanks nowadays for the oddy in small mode?If you can and someone could make one for these clones then i would buy for sure. Team Rampage do the small mode in clear, orange or blue. www.rampagevapor.net/small-clear-housing.htmlIf you get a chody, I would advise going for the medium set instead though. The small mode only holds a tiny amount of juice.

Sounds great. I love Costa coffee. I normally go for a caramel latte.
