If you want to get the torchy panasonic 3400mah batteries heres his page advertising them ukvapers.org/Thread-Torchy-battery-prices
But you'll need to signup to ukvapers to get discount I think, that's what I did. They are the yellow ones in the pic, he rewrapps them, he is a respected seller of batteries and knows his stuff.
Edit,: just checked and the above batteries are too wide for Nemesis.... at least they are for my fasttech Nemesis clone The fit just, but reckon I'd wreck the battery coating if I used regular. Personally I've got another mod they will fit, or might widen inside a Nemesis inside with a file.

Just re read your post, the higher max amps won't make the battery output more power.... they will allow to vape safely if you are using low ohms which will use higher amps discharge.
If your using ohms around the 2ohm mark your only drawing around 2amps from the battery. If that's your preferred vape then you may as well get one of the batterys with higher mah(which will usually have lower max amp discharge but you will be well under that)... and as I (and others maybe) said use a kick to keep the output regulated to what you want.

I could be wrong here, as I've not got a kick, but won't a kick allow you to use more of batteries mah? I swap my batteries out at 3.6v ish as vape drops, but I sub ohm can't use a kick.
If your using higher ohms a kick will regulate the voltage to the setting you choose until battery is much lower (2.8v? might be making that number up?), but also provide protection as a bonus. I just have a lot of batteries with low mah but high max discharge and swap all the time lol, not very efficient.
I've got a pair of torchys panasonic 3400mah that I plan to pair with a kick for holiday usage (I'll just have to use higher ohms)....... EDIT: won't fit nemesis, battery too wide.
Can someone confirm I'm right about on this?

thought you might appreciate my coil photos and feel understand my pain enjay Quad 0.25mm kanthal six wraps around 2.5mm drill bit, coming out at 0.5ohms It was a PITA, made two coils x two times, coiled clockwise and anti clockwise on single pieces of wire and connected the bit in-between bit under the positive thumb screw , I then attached the other legs to negatives. This was my first mistake, should of just made 4 individual coils and twisted legs in pairs apparently(just winged it and didn't read up or realise previous to attempting this). Second mistake I've got the coils far to far apart! It is impossible to use properly in a Oreico Storm which is designed for dual coil really, completely forgot about air hole position till put top cap on!! Vape is naff.... lot worse than my normal dual coil 0.7 setup Oh well, ding ding... round two....To be continued...........

hehe couldnt resist just bought it from the ebay link lol just starting using nemi so reading whats left in my batts will come in handy dont want them going to low I was paranoid about that. Everyone says you will know as vape will trail off... which is true to a point. However I managed to let one battery go down to point that it would barely fire(was out and hadn't noticed/thought it was just me) so swapped it out, checked with multimeter next morning and was at the limit for discharge... Bit too close! After getting tankometer I've learnt to tell better and have meter if not sure, tend to swap out at 3.6 ish now, and when I check as vape deteriorating always about there. sent via tapatalk! it works!

Some videos on youtube using voltmeter too check coil, so can be done, looks more of a faff than using something with a 510 connection though... this is just first one I found

Been thinking about this since yesterday. Might even be better to get a meter. Then can check batteries on their own as well as the atty. If it does ohm and volts. Have to have a look around as to how much and where to get one. Maybe Maplins?? I borrow my bosses voltmeter sometimes to check my loose batteries, easy enough but not as convenient for out and about. Coils I check on mvp.
Do you mean ohms checker which has connection for checking battery in mod/ego too? doubt maplins will have anything with a 510 connection, but you can check ohms of coil with voltmeter, though I've never done it.

I've got the one in eBay link, works good. Interesting actually know the voltage drop you get batteries... Even a battery fully charged at 4.2 won't fire at this when used. I would check lower subohm setups for this only with caution as might melt the wires in tankometer(was told that elsewhere)... That said I've used on 0.5ohm setup just out of curiosity.
Mostly use just to check if the voltage is low or if its just me.

Forgot the that evods were plastic... Can't see him being careful with juices, anything happens he will be on phone to me so might just go with the protank kit again, even though only one battery.

the coils are the same - you can use them for both - I personally prefer the protank a bit to the evod - but then I love a metal mouth piece - the evod is nice and certainly has the advantage of being very sturdy Didn't think of the the plastic drip tip... I'll have to ask him..... though sturdy is good, he does manual stuff and is a clumsy bugger

Hi all,
My brother has dropped his battery from his protank mini kit in a puddle.... clumsy idiot
Was just about to order him another protank mini kit from myepack when I thought as the evod kit has two batteries it might be better for him. Does the flavour taste the same between the two, both being bottom coil? I've never used a evod myself.
Seem to remember reading somewhere that the protank coils fit the evods, but not the other way round, is that right?
Thanks all.
He is back on the cigs at the moment and ain't interested in variable stuff/mods otherwise I would of given him something of mine.
