My version of fitting the wick on RTA
1 prepare 3 strands of wick
2 wrap coil leaving a little over to pull though posts
3 fit the two side wicks half in the holes first (more room to move about with )
4 fit coil to posts
5 push side wicks all the way home
6 then fit the front wick
This was the easiest way and quickest way I found, once prepared I put it together in under 2.5 minutes

Any metal in the handbag that could cause a circuit ?, it could have been a loose coin that touched the centre pin and the out case if the plastic had peeled back by inserting into charger numerous times even the Prof done this , if not I would inform who you brought from so they can let the manufactor know batch number ect

This most likely happened buy shorting out on a set of keys, that created a electrical
circuit
