I use organic cotton from Amazon and don't boil it. Anything in cotton is going to be far less harmful than what's found in tobacco. That's exactly what I tell people

Hey so I've since started rebuilding hoping to save money on coils each month . Got me two kayfun clones and after struggling to get the right amount of cotton to avoid dry hits , I'm pretty much there . Build a couple of coils using 0.3 kanthal which is 28g right ? Any hoo getting to around 1.3 to 1.4 and am enjoying it . We popped to a local shop today which is grey haze in brum . And spoke to the guys there , my other half treated me to a copper stingray and I got some 30 amp Sony vtc4 batteries . So I'm right in thinking I'm going to be pretty safe with this set up ? I check all the coils I build by using the MVP to read before I fire . Any tips ? Or advice to keep me totally safe? Concerned about not noticing when the battery is getting low The vtc4's are safe down to 0.2 ohms which is why people like me use them. As said, you'll feel the vape quality tail off a bit as they run down but they do take some serious vaping to run down. 28G is 0.32mm kanthal www.technick.net/public/code/cp_dpage.php?aiocp_dp=guide_awg_to_metricThe trick with cotton is to not have it to tight through the coil, I usually feed it through then drag it back and forth a bit to fluff it up and make sure it's not jammed in, then it just needs to rest lightly on the decks at either side of the coil platform, just at the tops of the juice channels that come up the sides.

I would highly recommend one of these with the spare coils www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301194671079?var=600257780897&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649And a couple of evod type batteries and usb charger then whatever juice you like. The kanger tanks that come with the evods are a total pain in the root, leaking, gurgling, I tried coil and wick of all types and they still go belly up after a while. It's something to do with the coil head design, everyone I know that uses them gets hassle. Those batteries should easily last a day too, the aspire is a nice fit with them too. That's my recommendation for a nice problem free vaping experience that satisfies.

Ok I'm convinced, I've ordered the vapegeek Origen V2. Thanks everyone! Good choice, really nice atty and you can wick it with anything including mesh, air flow options are excellent for everyone too. I liked your post about the not getting on with the trident as well, that's why Steve (VapeStorm) has one because I didn't like it either lol

Ha ha ha. Wouldn't take a dripper out with me whilst driving. And not getting the same clouds with the KFL. Nah me neither, I just use the dripper at home for a bit of fun and the kayfun all day long as my daily vape. That's some right strange tasting ejuices you have too, I still take a puff with suspicion after the last time I popped round and you gave me a taste of some minty menthol thing, that took a bit of licking the pavement to get the taste out my mouth!

Hmmmm. You sure? I think maybe I'm tripping then from over-niccing. been hitting the nemi / igo-w most of the day today. Man, Red Astaire at 0.2 ohm, dual coil, at 65 vg, blowing proper clouds of vapour is quite addictive. Might have to go order a couple more vtc's now... Just be careful about blowing the clouds in front of your face while driving ha ha

and torchy sends out his batteries in a plastic storage case and I wouldn't give purple efests storage space I would bin them straight away I value my safety and the people around me to much to consider purple efests Purple efests seem to be fine in tests, not as good as the sonys but haven't come across anything dangerous. What do you know that I don't?

Can someone please confirm/remind me.... I want to order some more batteries, now idf my memory serves me right I need protected batteries for a mech mod and unprotected for a vv/vw, is that right? also how do I know if I need flat top or button top? and lastly... I was looking for 18350 so I can use my mods in a 'shorter' mode but I cant find them on Focalecig, dont they sell them Foclecig or am I not looking in the right place (I'm presuming after yesterdays message that Focal are now able to ship batteries to the UK again) One day I'm going to know all these things and stop asking questions You really don't need protected batteries for a mech, just stick within their safe parameters i.e most 18350's are safe from 0.7 ohms and up like the efest 18350 800 mAh. The safe specs for just about any battery can be found with a little bit of a google.

I have one and am finding it far too airy for my tastes. I have to completely block two of the three holes on each side, as the tabs aren't quite big enough to cover all three holes. Half a hole is more than enough for me. It's really more of a straight to lung inhaler, smaller air holes are better for the mouth to lung job.

I vape the caramel blend at a 40/60 blend all day long, use the toffee in the drippers too at 0.2 ohm coils on mech mods, smooth stuff.

Juice joose caramel blend is what I went to after the hangsen ry4, it's a bit sweeter but i like that. You can get that in any pg/vg mix you like and he does different flavour strengths. The hangsen stuff is 80/20 which can be a bit hard on the throat. Dripper wise I'd go for any, if you can wrap a micro coil you can wrap two anyway so anything with either 2 or 3 posts would be ideal. Take your pick attackoftheclones.co.uk/index.php?id_category=12&controller=categoryI've got a few from there and so far the quality has been consistently good.

Head rush is fine, I'd expect that, it's the sore throat bit I'm wondering about lol. I just take less draws when using the drippers anyway but the throat hit shouldn't be to harsh as to cause suffering, that's not right and especially at that sort of ohms. It is not a sore throat as such enjay just the throat it is super intense and my throat ia not used to it. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2 Pffft man up ha ha Stick dual coils in it, not to much cotton and not to much juice and try that. Obviously you don't have to go low ohms like I do or anything but I think maybe duals might work better. I'm presuming you've stuck a single in it

FT don't sell the igo w5 therefore they're crap and that is the end to the discussion, move along now thankyou Seriously though, the only issue is the quality, if you can get like hcigar or tobecco at the same quality as some of the things I buy over here then it is good, my only experience of a cheaper version from over seas needed modding to make it of any use. Stuff I've bought in the UK so far has all been top notch. I've also seen some of the FT stuff others have bought and wasn't impressed tbh, no idea what particular brand of crap they were but it wasn't to good. I've bought plenty over here though at ridiculously cheap prices and so far it's all perfect. The time thing doesn't bother me so much.
