Adjust the switch so there is more movement. And remember to lock it out when not in use.

I have ridiculous amounts of mods and atties. What I actually use all day every day is a completely unmodified Smokeless Owl with a BF Zenith clone from FT on it.
One day I'll tear it apart and sort the issues, but meanwhile with an HE4 cell and 0.2 ohm Zenith it works just fine.

Ti wire is likely to produce very little TiO2 in temperature-controlled use. Personally I'd use it before nickel every time.
The problem, as I understand it, is not titanium dioxide per se, but the nano particles of it that may be emitted in vaping use.
I have heard stories of Ti wire used for vaping failing violently.

Very long steeped (6 months) apple crumble.
Was horrible for about 5 months. It's lovely now.

My switch regularly works loose, and I do as markm suggests and tweak it up tight with my fingers. It works particularly when I have a slightly longer battery in the mod. Perhaps I should add a drop of Loctite, but that will prohibit me from disassembling it occasionally to clean out the trouser-fur from inside the mechanism! Just use nail varnish. Easy to break the joint if you have to but it won't come apart.

The nic is easy to work out. Say you have 30ml of 6mg juice and want 12mg juice.
You have 180mg (30x6) and want 360mg of nicotine in 30ml. So you need to add 180mg of nicotine which is 180/72ml which is 2.5ml of 72mg base. You now have 32.5ml of juice with 360mg of nicotine in it. Which is 11mg/ml and probably close enough. If you add another 0.5ml of nic base you have 33ml with 396mg of nic. Which is exactly 12mg/ml.
Using the total amount of nic is the easiest way to work it out IMO.

Almost certainly not. Sony fears the product liability issues and has stopped production of them.

I still dual fuel after 4 years. I only lung hit vaped things but mouth to lung fags. If I ever try to lung hit stinkies, the resulting coughing fit will last for hours.

Nickel

I'm really not at all keen on nickel. It is a known allergen, some people are violently allergic to it and exposure tends to increase the likelihood of an allergic response. Nickel reacts readily with carbon monoxide (Which you don't want when vaping anyway, this may be a non-issue) to form a nasty compound of very high vapour pressure. You really don't want this getting into your lungs. Dr. Farsalinos has this on his agenda. I'd be more concerned about nano-scale nickel particles. I suspect the temperature control with pulsed current has the potential to scab off tiny particles of nickel. Again, Dr. F intends to study this.

There's another, properly medical reason for not using nickel in an unregulated mod. Nickel burns to produce carbon monoxide, among other things. A lung full of CO is not summat you want to be toking. Not quite. It is actually worse than that. If you use nickel in a mech you will form nickel carbonyl as it burns the juice. Which will decompose in your lungs to form carbon monoxide and carcinogenic, allergenic and mutagenic nickel soot in your lungs. Personally I will not be using nickel even in a temperature controlled device. At the very best, nickel is a potent allergen. You don't want your lungs having a violent allergic response to anything.

Depends on the power level what nic level I use. The super high airflow cloud monsters need as many watts as you can throw into them.
My preferred device hasn't enough airflow for above 65W (4mg nic)
But also works with a single coil at 15W (6mg). The flavour is better at 15W but the vapour satisfies more at 65W

Copper tape for dealing with slugs ought to do the trick.
Saw some in Sainsbury's or Poundland yesterday. Think it was Sainsburys

I've never been able to grow a beard as the itching after two weeks becomes intolerable and I shave it off.

I wonder what Custard and Camel would taste like? Jim Manabush make just such a ting. Pow wow sauce if memory serves. To me the tobacco (I don't care for tobacco flavours) drowns the custard.
