Custard is basically vanilla and cream. The recipe that works for me is 16% Sulubarome vanilla, 4% CCW cream. Shake it, and it is ready to vape unlike most custards. I usually mix it at 80% VG but it works from 45%VG to 80%.

You can get a lot of big dogs in a small car if you try. I routinely got 4 giant schnauzers and 2 adults in a Fiat Panda. There are four in there, the tail and the pale grey collar don't belong to the same dog. 150kg of hounds.

I usually do my test mixes at 100ml - which can lead to a lot of waste but it is mainly because I only have three 10ml bottles that I've not used yet. Must get some more.
This usually works out fine - except when it doesn't. Avoid Solubarome Forest Fruits unless you really, really like raspberries. And mix it at way under 20% - I made 100ml of tear gas.
I usually have a couple of litres of juice steeping behind the microwave where the dogs can't get to it.

The only bit you really need to be careful with is the nicotine. I find the easiest way is to work out how much nicotine I want in the final mix - I usually put it in first.
So if I want to make 10ml of 18mg/ml liquid I need 180mg of 72mg/ml nic. So it is two and a bit ml of nicotine. 180/72=2.5ml.
Or 30ml of 24mg - I need 720mg of nicotine which is 10ml of 72mg nic
Or 100ml of 4mg - I need 400mg of nicotine which is 5.55ml or 5.6ml in the real world.
The sums are easy that way.

Almost all 80%VG, nic in VG and 20% flavours.
Mostly use drippers so "thickness" of the liquid not an issue. I don't much care for vaping juices with less than 70% VG

The peppery taste will almost certainly fade into creaminess - dulce de leche flavouring is notorious for this. There is often a smidge of this in custards. My own custards mostly get steeped for a minimum of a month before use. Th nicest one I have just now is 7 months old

I may be weird, but it was the only one of their flavours I really liked. Could have done with more flavouring though.

Depends - dry burning coils at 100W gives them a life measured in milliseconds!
I only replace my coils when I have to.
I prefer to use heavy wire so the coils are robust enough to rewick as needed. I have coils that are a year old.

Aqua - never leaked on me but a small tank and a bit of a pain to build Aqua V2 - never leaks, much easier to build Rose v2 clones - never leaked. Can take huge coils and wick with stupid builds Neither of my Erlkoenigin clones have leaked, but they don't much care for the power levels I prefer. It'll spit boiling juice at you at 30W None of my Foggers (4.4, 4.4, 5, Big Fogger) widdle. The big Fogger is a monster pain in the rear to build though - it is way worse than pigs like the Ithaka. I've just got some new post screws (M1.6x3mm) with flatter bases that I hope will make Fogger 4.4 building less of a pain. The stock screws spit the wires back out every time.

I rarely go below 80% VG - the rest is usually flavour. Always use nic in VG for my own mixes

Done that - still not what I want. Solubarome Mure is nice but as an additive it's not working for me.
It is worth giving the Darkstar guys money for their Forest Fruits - it's lovely...

Simplest custard. Ready immediately but just use VG to dilute. 1.6ml solubarome vanilla 0.4ml CCW Cream VG/nic to 10ml. Preferably nic in VG if you use more than 3mg/ml Optionally add 0.2ml UKFlavours Vanilla Custard - Me, I leave that out as it's ready immediately if you don't - adding VC means a month's stepping.

Solubarome - 20%. Main taste is raspberry. Darkstar got this one right so trying to replicate that. CCW FF is lacking blackberry IMO - the solubarome one needs to be way less than 20%. The CCW one is nicer but not what I'm looking for.

Mixed up 100ml of tear gas that was supposed to be Forest Fruits - that one needs more work... I'm experimenting with a substitute for CCW cream - mixed up a bunch of 30ml bottles and sent them out to testers. About 240ml of that. Experimenting with replacements for Capella custard. Mixed half a dozen variants with different custard flavours.
And shipped out 1.6 litres of concentrates + nic. Enough to make just shy of two gallons of juice. I love not doing retail... Got to mix up 300ml each at 3, 6 and 12mg of vanilla, custard and apple crumble. Time to get some more VG. A lot more VG...
On huge scale mixes it is massively easier and quicker to weigh out the ingredients. And more accurate when done right. Gravimetric beats volumetric every time.
Syringing out 120ml of nic in VG fresh from the freezer gets old really fast.
