Get rid of Sophos. It knocks around 30% of the speed off. More RAM might help too if it isn't already maxed out.

I have a very sweet tooth - just not for liquids - I can't abide sweet drinks. But my usual vaping choices are very sweet. Those don't seem to count as liquids

Everythingliquid has 72mg nicotine in PG or VG for £60 a litre delivered. You can get it cheaper from China. Personally i wouldn't. Though I have the facilities and knowledge to handle pure nicotine. And if the laws go the way I fear, I may end up importing it myself.

The lumen ratings are usually "optimistic" and rarely compliant with the ANSI standard, but most folks don't realise just how bright LEDs can be. For about 30W input I can get considerably more light than a 200W incandescent bulb can produce.

I still miss the 2kW devices which cost as much as a new car I used in the mid-80's. In the days when I was a lab rat. I'd have one tomorrow but they still cost as much as a new car.

I do. And silica wicks - a quick "dry" burn will dry them out.

Depends what I'm cleaning - for atomisers in general close to boiling water with a couple of drops of detergent in it. Drain completely at the end of the cycle then again close to boiling water to rinse. The hotter water means the devices air dry quickly.

On my 50W device 5 minutes by default, 15 minutes maximum. I tend to use about ten minutes per cycle

Hot water.
I usually put in one or two drops of washing up liquid for the first wash then plain water for a rinse

That's £52 for 100ml. Which is quite bit more than I'd be prepared to pay.
My ADV costs me under £40 in ingredients, bottles, share of equipment costs (Syringes etc) per litre.
My most expensive recipe would work out at under £100 per litre on the same basis.
It's up to you whether you think over £500 per litre is worth it.

I'd give the MNKE cells a body swerve myself. The AWT cells are actually 30A cells with a 75A pulse rating. The Keeppower cells sag like crazy under load so are unlikely to satisfy. Actually, it's hard to find a 26650 with as good a current rating as the best of the 18650s.

Basically the LED, driver and reflector are mounted together in a removable module in the head. It is a good idea to get as much heat as possible away from the LED and driver. Wrapping the module in thick foil so you have to force it back into the light body is an easy way of improving the heat conduction away from the LED which like all electronic components doesn't like getting too hot.
