If its an istick50w preorder than pretty much all UK vendors have had their shipments delayed so not really the vendors fault at all. Stuart the owner definitely lives in Cambridge so I don't think the registered address is where they trade from. Anyway feel bad for recommending them now you've had a bad experience as I've had nothing but great service from them but you do seem to have gone from 0 to paypal dispute awfully quickly i know eleaf are delaying...but from what I read other vendors have contacted customers directly or daily update on website. it was this lack of communication why i did pp dispute, and they responded to that almost straight away!! dont feel bad, sure others will have great experience with them, this is just mine

i know...i understand pre orders can be longer than expected, but it was their total lack of customer service that pee'd me of what is customer service these days even with some places you call india "bad nightmares for me for three customer services" just give these small businesses a chance am sure its easy done not to put out daily updates of delays answer many emails and still try get orders out in time people even find faults in huge retailers customer services you just never know buddy person could be unwell but trying to get things done we are all human and sometimes we cant do everything needed in one day like the ironing or washing lol i do support new shops, and ordered something from tegivapes who are also new, the difference is they replied to questions and also have a presence on this forum as well as UKV....

im not happy with them so far...very very bad comms and pre order date keeps moving (I know thats the supplier, but they could try to contact their customers!!) also not based in cambridge...did a company check and registered office in Regent st london....I'm askin for a refund Sorry you're having problems, bunglebear & I couldn't say what they're like, as I've never used them. Maybe give them a call..... Telephone - (07926) 618682
As for their company address, I do remember VE Jason posting a while back, that some companies registered offices are their accountants. That doesn't get around the fact that their premises address should be on their site if they're fully DSR/CCR compliant.
tried that number lots of times always just voicemail...never get back emailed about 5 times only one response on 29th jan saying the product should be in next day....then nothing wont respond to email about refund so opened paypal dispute, lets see if they reply

Just done the 15 second test as in the video. All is fine. I think lairey bought one from the same batch from Provapes Lairey have you checked yours or done anything about it or is it fine? mine also 0002 and passed the 15s burn test....so fingers crossed

Ok some items and juice I no longer need/want up for grabs mainly as I have lowered nic content: I would prefer to give to someone who would really like the lot...not just grab them out of greed, so please bare that in mind. Also doubt will be able to post until Monday 2/9 so:
a black iTaste mvp (11 watt) and beauty ring - bit worn but works, no box or accessories just as is
an aspire nautilus with steel honeycomb tank - again no box coils etc just as is
Juices:
ragtime vapor jubilee - approx 27ml 12mg ragtime vapor jim dandy - approx 20ml 12mg nicks blissful brews lush - approx 15ml 12mg greyhaze doctors remedy - approx 40ml 12mg greyhaze strawberry natural - approx 25ml 12mg
please post in thread and I will PM the person I choose
thanks
