my experience ordering online with all other retailers:
-find product, check in stock, order and pay
-receive confirmation email of sale, and then dispatch email
-receive goods
-have a good ol' vape

MY EXPERIENCE OF UKECIG STORE:
-find product online and try to understand stock level...title says 'pre-order' but also says 'in stock' in lovely green for go ahead letters near quantity box...so lets order. Admittedly I ordered late on monday night, so didn't expect immediate delivery...probably tuesday, yeah

-get paypal confirmation, but no confirmation from store..ok, maybe in morning when they get it..

-tuesday morning, still no confirmation email...well maybe just got lost in the netherweb somewhere

-wednesday...still nothing...call store,  told product out of stock, will be in thursday morning so delivery before weekend...not ideal but ok

-friday..still nothing, no email, no product. Ring again, get patronized by surly northern bloke who could not seem to care less about my problem..managed to prise for refund...told that would receive a confirmation email of refund later in day........

-later in day no email, ring again...assured by nicer person that refund was 'in process' and email will be produced to confirm

-sit with clenched fists and hope my money will be returned this side of the century

just to let people know, who were maybe thinking of a Kanger aerotank turbo and getting the naturevape DCD pro coils.....

I got this set up and although the threads on the naturevape screw into the turbo (they are designed for kanger tanks), they do not have the 'flat skirt' at the base to fit into the hole snugly and seal off the bottom air tank, hence they will leak like a lightweight on a night out!!

Shame, but they are not listed for this model on the website, I was just livin on a hope n a prayer....so NOT naturevapes fault at all just to be clear.

So I'm getting rid of some recent purchases. I was looking for a new setup....but discovered they're not for me.

First up: A sigelei 50watt mod box, in silver. This is a nice compact regulated mod, size wise on par with the MVP2 but lighter and more powerful. It runs on one 18650 battery. This retails for £60 on most sites....looking forSOLD or trade for another regulated (vw) mod (something like a 134 mini)

Secondly: A rose v2 CLONE. This is from the GB2 group buy on here, but in all honesty im crap with coils (big hands small places...mmmm) and prefer using my nautilus. This has had one tank through it, and comes with all bits . SOLD

Lastly: Moe's Potions. Grimore Heart 11mg (Real Lychee x Strawberry x Rose) approx 12 ml of 15 left / Pixies fury 12mg (Real Kiwi x Lime x Lemongrass) approx 13ml of 15 left SOLD














as you can some some items are in Australia.....no idea why???
