I think The E-cig Shop are the first to offer Liquid Barn concentrates in the UK, maybe even in Europe. The experienced mixers on the ELR forums rate LB flavours highly and several reckon their Vanilla Ice Cream is the best available. And the Butterscotch Graham Tobacco is supposed to be good too. From a clue on their website, I'd guess that The E-cig Shop will soon be stocking Salub Arome concentrates, (I think) previously only available from Rainbow Vapes or direct from France.

Who'd have thought you could make full-on delicious chocolate cake-y recipes with just 5% flavouring? Eg. Rumpelstiltskin and ChocoNut Haystack. There are now loads of great Flavorah recipes floating around. If you have all your concentrates loaded into your ELR 'flavor stash', they're dead easy to find. (But remember to search for each flavour and pick the version on ELR that's been used in the most recipes.) Have you tasted anything that includes some of the Rich Cinnamon yet?

the custard I'm getting no flavour from it whatsoever and the milk and honey tastes like coffee to me all in all I'm very disappointed with them. I mixed the Custard at 15%, still didn't have much flavour for me . . . . . Milk & Honey at 7% I found pleasant enough. At least you've had the opportunity to try some samples rather than buying an entire bottle of concentrate. I'd have been amazed if you had liked them in all honesty! And Milk & Honey is an ingredient - like marshmallow, Graham cracker or vienna cream - that's great in combination with other flavours but not really intended to be tasted on it's own.

I'm not sure I'm getting the point, but the features "Child Lock" "2ml" and "Leak free" are setting the radars off a little bit. You can still spill your liquid all over the floor though, no doubt. Ah but if your liquid is in the correct type of TPD-approved 'leak-free' refill container... Anyone spotted a photo which shows the 'refill port' on this new tank?

Rich Cinnamon could be the most potent flavouring in existence. Pro_Vapes' review is spot on (and so good that it deserves quoting in full): All the other FLV concentrates you mention are good but nowhere near as strong as the Rich Cinnamon - usually 1-4% but it's worth checking each one on ELR and looking at how they've been used in a couple of the more highly-rated recipes. Watch out for the Chocolate Deutsch as it too has been reported to leave a strong lingering smell, even if it is delicious! The only one I don't particularly rate is the FLV VC but that's only because it's a much lighter 'sauce-style' rather than the heavy, more eggy custard (Cap VC v1) that we're used to. Oh and Milk & Honey really is just a light milky honey (works well in bakery mixes) and nothing like a clone of a popular juice.

To be blunt, when starting out you need easy simple flavourings to help build your confidence and Blackberry (alongside Cherry) is far from that.
I too would recommend you pick a pre-blended concentrate (or one-shot) or a more straightforward fruity flavour.

As a step up from the ghastly kit currently available in most convenience stores and petrol stations, this looks great. I know of several people who'd have happily forked out £30 or so for one of these on their own rather than needing to have me around to justify spending well over £40 on a subtank nano set-up.
With a bit of luck someone in China will produce a smaller version and push it through the testing to gain TPD-approval.

Many of the pages on Chefs' website for their Chefs' Choice equivalent have some mixing guidelines although they tend to be rather broad, eg. 10-20%, but at least that's a start. Tbh . . . I think the lovely Chefs could do with amending those guidelines ceedee as for numerous flavours from the range, 10-15% just won't give most vapers a good flavour no matter which set up they use. Which in turn leads to disappointment and the perception that they're not very good as a whole. Perhaps you could use your influence. Of course, though I'm not at all sure that amounts to much. It's near the top of the agenda I have started (along with other suggestions for improvements to the website, such as an indication of how long until an oos item is expected to return to stock) for when I can get their attention for more than two minutes at a time. But these are busy, busy times for a company doing it's damnedest to satisfy increasing demand while maintaining high standards of service. I don't know if the newer CCW concentrates are getting stronger or it's the better-performing atomisers and more powerful mods but many recent recommendations are around 15% - Raspberry Yoghurt, being the latest.

Good stuff and it's pleasure f1ery . . . . let us know which flavours you do eventually settle on, then between us we might be able to advise you on percentages. Many of the pages on Chefs' website for their Chefs' Choice equivalent have some mixing guidelines although they tend to be rather broad, eg. 10-20%, but at least that's a start. Plus I've been trying to build up a list of VHB members' recommendations - you'll find it in the VHB Files. Please feel free to dip in and spread the information to anyone who'd find it useful?

And the recommendation I've read is that it takes up to 24 hours to work it's magic so add 1 drop, shake well and leave alone for 24 hours and then test. If it's not quite right, add another drop, shake well... etc.
Because it will remove many of the top- and bottom-notes of the flavour, it's really only advisable to use it to rescue a juice that you've given up on. Other than tobacco mixes but most of us have already given up on all of them anyway.

I am pleased to announce that we will be being sponsored by www.nomnomzeliquid.co.uk/ this time with a load of samples to taste test and some prizes to give away as well. Huge thank you goes to iLardyboy for sponsoring us. That's brilliant - thanks very much m'dear. I've been wanting to try NomNomz juice for months but far too strapped for cash...

I am on facebook and am added to quite a lot of vaping groups but I don't buy, I just wouldn't risk it. But in saying that there are a fair few of our members on there so I have driptip swapped but only because I recognise the persons real name from forums! There are a few very good groups, I particularly like VHB as its an unusually well ran (and massive) vaping home brew site with excellent recipes. They have added many to Eliquid Recipes and its a superb resource and lots of support - it reminds me of AAEC mindset Oh I can't imagine that... And, erm, ELR

Even if the worst possible comes about and the UK sticks strictly to the TPD wording, it will still be possible to buy 10ml bottles of (probably) 18mg/ml nic that will make 30ml of 6mg/ml juice.
It'll be far more expensive than we've been able to make before but if juice-makers switch to producing 'one-shots' to the correct formulation, it'll be feasible for most vapers to simply make their own juices.
Of course, the EU and those who take a position against vaping may well attempt to close this loophole in the future but we'll face that when it happens.
