I'm guessing that FastTech (and all the other non-EU retailers selling direct to EU consumers) haven't registered with each member state that will permit cross-border e-cig sales as required by the TPD so - depending on the instructions given to UK customs - it's entirely possible that parcels found to be containing 'notifiable' products (eg. atomisers, nicotine-containing liquids) will be confiscated or returned at the sender's considerable expense. Sources: Tobacco Products Directive (pdf), Article 18 (page 24) UK law - Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (pdf), section 47 (page 28) MHRA's guidance page - Tobacco products and e-cigarette cross-border sales registrationI doubt it, we are still in the grace period for now so anything goes still. A couple companies are bringing out 2ml compliant tanks already so they are obviously thinking about it. I think smok are going with the tank extension loophole with their micro tfv4. I'm expecting an order soon hope I don't get hit with this crap The sell-through period is for UK retailers to adjust to the TPD requirements and profitably dispose of their existing stock and has no relevance to the requirement that retailers apply to join each state's cross-border sales register or personal imports from outside the EU.

It would only be against the law in the UK if the UK made a law to say that. They haven't so we are okay. I guess the Irish law is very different to ours. It all will revolve around the interpretation of banned promoting, advertising and sponsorship in the TPD. In UK law, re. sponsorship : What that all means .... I'm not sure! I think it means that VF UK will be okay as long as no Irish vapers attend.

I have just looked on this site and added 10 flavours to my stash. I then asked what to make and it only picked 2 of the flavours. Maybe I did it wrong but it did not work for me. Using the 'What can I make' option, the website will only suggest recipes that you have ALL the concentrates for so if one includes, say, Sweetener (Sucralose) and you've only got Cap SuperSweet, then it won't list it. Try using the Search by stash option and tick off a couple of your concentrates that you think might be good together and check the recipes listed - they might give you a clue what other concentrates you should add to your shopping list.

Well i just had some free time so thought what could i do with it...make some new flavours! Ive got 24 concentrates i havent used yet so decided on making something different. I made some decadent vapours- creme anglaise and some of toms doughnut boss. Anyone made these before? If so how long did you steep them for? Tom's Doughnut Boss is recommended at 17.5% in a 30/70vg mix - breathe for 12 hours and steep for 28 days.

I took a punt on Darrant chemicals and placed an order on May bank holiday, a week later no order delivered yet so contacted them, they checked with their courier and the package had been damaged, so ok they tell me they will dispatch a new order. I say fine and wait yet another week (Monday)get in contact again and same thing they will contact the courier, so I call again later in the day to be told courier had not got back to them, new option offered would they make a refund if the courier still has not been in touch, I say yes after 2 weeks a refund would be better than this. I had to contact them again this morning to find out about when I could expect the refund as nothing had come through after Mondays call the lady I spoke with says she has done it. I checked and it had been done, not once was there we are sorry and to add to it she informed me they will no longer be doing nicotine. I would not place another order with them now even for VG/PG as the whole experience was sadly lacking in any care or real customer service, they did not mention the courier being used by name but if it were me I would find another if it takes more than a week to make a delivery. Yodel. Nuff said.

The Brother P-Touch P750W is particularly good value right now - a heavily-discounted price plus a generous cashback direct from Brother brings the price down to £25 + postage! The printer produces decent-quality, water- and smudge-proof sticky labels with several ink colours on various backgrounds (including clear) which work out a little over 20p each.

A pair of Typhoons from Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) heading off to challenge an Air France aircraft which turned out to have legitimate radio problems over the North Sea. The Air France plane subsequently landed at Newcastle. Correction: The Typhoons from RAF Coningsby intercepted the Air France flight just north of Leeds and escorted it east over the North Sea before heading north to land at Newcastle.

People will always buy where they choose from, in a quest for the ' best deal ' . . . . as a newish mixer anon4 , you or anyone else ought to be aware, that it is illegal to import Nicotine Base into the UK in anything over 75mg - without a Poisons Licence. www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/66It's my understanding that it was an offence under the Poisons Act 1972 to sell nicotine over 75mg/ml but I've been unable to find any mention of restrictions on its importation. Regardless, last year's Deregulation Act created several changes to the Poisons Act 1972 in relation to the pharmaceutical sale of poisons including scrapping the so-called Poisons Licences (actually a list of registered sellers administered by each local authority). Under the new Schedule 1A of the amended Poisons Act, EPP licences - now issued centrally by the Home Office - are required for even the possession (let alone purchase) of only the most dangerous chemicals ( categorised as 'regulated') while the less dangerous - including nicotine - and categorised as 'reportable', may be legally supplied without a licence provided the request is not suspicious. Sources: Poisons and chemicals: changes to the law in the UK (Pharmaceutical Journal) Poisons and chemicals from pharmacy (a quick reference guide issued by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society) What do I need to know about poisons and the law (FindLaw) Amendments to the Poisons Act 1972 (Southwark Council) Licensing for home users of poisons and explosive precursors (Home Office)
