Hi all im still about i have to admit facebook has taken over abit with all there groups and i am a bit of a lurker on there and here, i was after some information about billet boxes and thought where/who can i ask and AAEC was my answer. Ive been a member since 2014 when i first got off the stinkies and it is this forum to thank for that all the advice i needed in one place, i pop on from time to time or when i can remember can sit for a few hours just reading through the posts and threads, just not as active as i should or would like to be. I come on here for my latest question as i know i wont get ribbed for it and will get the information i need, such a friendy and neutral forum and thats what i like |

Basically youre not changing the tanks but the RBA heads that fit inside the supplied tank like and old style carto tank. The main clone candidates are the exocet and the insider There are other options but they arent cloned yet so have a higher price tag. IIRC the sxk billet box comes with the adapters to use either kanger occ coils or the rba head (but as you say who'd want to). Ive got the insider and though its a nice vape it is tricky to wick and the afc is hit or miss on mine. The exocet seems too be the foolproof option. All single coil and You can pretty much vape any style from DTL to MTL. Thanks for that phtumshk sounds like the exocet could be the one for me, so all the tanks are the same its just finding what coil is best for me really. I would prefer the real deal but at the moment the price tag is pretty high as pennies are tight due to ill health but feel i need a change in my vaping style to keep me off the stinkies, cant believe in 3 years of vaping i have never looked at the billet box. |

Hello all been vaping 3 years and keep seeing posts on facebook and on here about the billet box or the sxk clones, ive never looked into them as they sound complicated with wierd names for tanks etc.
Could someone please explain all these tanks etc as im looking into buying one, my style of vaping is single coil squonkers but reading up noticed they sell a tank with the Kangor stle coil deck which i own 5 of them still but no longer use.
Any help or information would be great please.
Was looking at the DNA60 sxk and dont want to waste £129 on one if it wont match my style of vaping.

Very nice glen Nigel makes lovely mods and thats a great example, ive got one in orange and on the list but 203 so a little wait yet I'm hoping it will rekindle my interest in squonking,which has wained recently. definitely worth the wait to get one, build quality is fantastic, real craftsman is Nigel I hope so glen they are great to squonk with but its only as good as whats on top to im sure you will enjoy it i love my one. |
