Took the old bill rather a long time to calm things down and get the road open again. Tonight I can be bloody proud of our captain, the best out and out striker in world football. A couple of goals on the biggest stage to say as much. Definitely more Ronaldo than Messi. Edit: Actually I might do that myself, I can see Panama needing to get quite physical to stop some of the Belgian players.

So are the fans behaving themselves, is the policing working or do the thugs that came out to play in France a few years ago have the sense not to crap on their own doorstep?
Perhaps using domestic football as an excuse to beat it out of each other is acceptable, but they don't want to target foreigners while the country is hosting such a high profile event?
Or have I spoken too soon? Four days in and I haven't seen anything about fans from any nation misbehaving.
