18mg on ecigs.co.uk is listed as 1.8% .
The Menthol Ice they sell is actually Pure Smokers True Menthol which I have seen good reviews for.
Not a menthol person so never tried it.

Think everyone will understand nick pretty sure its widely used .....
Reminds me of my uncle in England saying he was going to the Bog, I knew what he meant but every one else in the company looked puzzled .

Hi Gilly
The 901 is a great beginners device not tried the 510 but it is definately popular. As you only smoke 9 cigarettes a day I think the larger battery devices would be a bit ott for your needs.
As Lilac said just buy one and start.

One question...on a question, as it were... 3. If they were banned, would you go back to analogues / smoking? what do you think is the best response to the above...? as in, are they looking for me saying i wouldn't go back to analogues and would source the necessary elsewhere rather than go back.. or that if the ban goes ahead, it would force me back to analogues ??? i would source elsewhere as long as it remained feasible, but if customs were constantly confiscating my liquid, etc, then i'd have to rethink... My thinking is give the truth. IMHO I would forget the hypothetical total ban scenario as they cannot stop you 100% from sourcing liquid and or equipment from outside the UK. Lets face it most will buy on the black market or from China . So why pretend we will start smoking Cigarettes again unless you really will. I think what we need to make clear is we will not be buying Gum, Patches or Lozenges as they simply dont work to satisfy our needs.

Hi ginger welcome. 1st the only stupid question is the one that is not asked If you use liquid then yes buy empty cartridges and first you fill them and then keep topping up. If you get pre-filled ones once you use them a bit you can also top these up with the liquid you buy. The best way is really the way that works for you and the only way you will figure this out is to experiment. I personally dont drip and will only use this method if I loose my cart when away from home. To start with I would say it is best to use carts and get some liquid - dont go buying large bottles of it as it can take a while to find the ones that suit you and also your taste buds change a few weeks after you start. So you can end up going off some liquids you thought were great and also start to like some you thought were nasty. Stick to buying 5ml-10ml bottles. If you buy a kit that should come with some empty/blank carts usually 5 . 5 carts being topped up would last me about 3 weeks - others get a lot longer out of them.

Hi kate I put the above link up on the SD forum - I hope he gets a large response. Afraid I won`t be sending one in. I hate pictures of myself and the thought of me in video with sound

Well I am working Today 9am - 5pm so it will be Sunday evening before I have really given it a proper work out.
Right now I would say this is on a par with the stuff I vaped Nov 2008 - Aug 2009 .
I did find some old bottles with dregs in them last week and I am going to drain them all in to a glass to do a comparison.

Dont be too concerned about any device that has a single 3.7v - 4.2 v battery. So far no one has managed to blow one up.
The devices that have had problems are multi battery devices i.e. using 2x 3v batteries.
The spring in the SD gives it short circuit protection, it will shrink/flatten if the atomiser or battery is faulty - that means no kaboom but your SD will be dead and need a refit.
Lilac you should be able to use the 16340 protected battery in the New MK1 as there is more room in the body.
Older versions of the MK1 can be used with protected batteries but care needs to be taken not to screw them closed too tight or the spring can be squashed .
imho there is no need to be vaping at 6v but if you must do your homework .
If you are new to vaping it is always best to stick with tried and tested products and the spares the seller recommends .

Hi Lynda Glad to hear you got it firing on all cylanders.
I also got mine in the post today 1 silver and one black - the switch is definately different and the finish inside the head has also changed - the spring is still there but has a rubber (I think )washer . I only started using mine 5 minutes ago as I was playing with my bulldog . Switch is very sensitive compared with the 2009 version you hardly have to touch it, would also say it is much more comfortable
One word of warning the new switch can become loose so be sure it is screwed in snug if you look inside the body you can see the screw to tighten it.

Well I received 150ml of BritishBulldog from Simon Today It is 100% better than the concoction I received last September which tasted like sweet Cappuccino and had no throat hit. This liquid needs a fresh battery and a good atomiser. If your battery is getting flat a sort of sweet sherry flavour appears. Right - Today I was working till 8pm, had curry for dinner, washed down with Red wine so maybe my taste buds are not exactly firing on all cylinders and definitely not good timing for a review But I am loving it

This topic is banned from nearly every e-cig vaping related site forum So Chrissie if you want to remove my ramblings feel free I understand I Smoked Cannabis since I was 15 years old practically every day . Thats a lot of years OK I am a fussy pot head wont smoke carp ( I had friends that will smoke anything) it had to be good gear or I would go without. I also never smoked before going to work etc... purely recreational evening and weekend. Now I vape I don't touch it - been in company taken a couple of draws here and there and did not like it so gave up completely . Think the government should be promoting vaping to people who smoke other substances it may just actually work.
