Raggy & Keef, I know what you both mean re getting a mod like the SD straight off, but I still personally prefer to recommend newbies getting a generic starter kit. Mainly because it gives them everything they need to get started & even if they do soon move on to a larger battery holder/mod, they can use their smaller e-cig in places they would feel uncomfortable using something like the SD. Chrissie yes in general you are 100% correct the 901 is a great device for learning . If the OP smokes 10 - 20 Cigs a day it will be most likely the best option. If however they smoke 35 - 50 it will have them tearing their hair out in less than 10 days they will be out searching for a more satisfying device. Just thought to give them a chance to try one without it costing them anything if they dont like it. |

As Chrissie said, take it easy you still need to smoke have one or two or three, dont beat yourself up about it. Scylla I feel a bit norty promoting the SD in the main forum as I am a Mod on the SD one. Also if it is suppliers offers then I think they really should be announced here and not in the other area. I use about 20ml per week ,I think that is pretty normal and have a mix of 11mg 14mg 16mg & 24mg on hand .
Hardly touch the 24mg but its there if I want it.
The others are the lowest I can go in each flavour to still get substance throat hit and satisfaction when vaping.
I dont think nicotine is so much of a problem for me, which is a surprise.
I think I am more a habitual vaper as I need something in my hand and also the satisfaction of the throat hit .
I now think the withdrawel symptoms you get coming off cigarettes are more to do with the other chemicals in them .
I dont vape at work it is simply not possible and as long as I am busy I dont think about it .
I would not go rushing to cut down, buy a mixture of strengths in small amounts but also keep some high just incase they dont give you any satisfaction.
