OK I may have it ....
What did you do with the cone is it on or off the device ??.
If you get more airflow easier to draw on with the cone off - you will also get less throat hit.

I think you may be running them too dry. If these things are anything like the Titan they will drink a lot of liquid.
The reply I got on the other forum was you could get them to glow red but only if they are dry and you press the button for a long time. It is definately not normal for Tornados to glow after 2-3 seconds.
Afraid I dont drip but with a cart I top up little and often.
2-3 drops Vape 5-7 draws then top up again.
This gives maximum vapour.
Another thing I find if I draw the vapour in along the side of my cheek, hold , inhail and then exhail via my nose I get a lot more flavour .

Hi Ginger, I just asked on the TW forum and the Tornado atomiser does not glow when it is functioning properly - sorry I sent you on a wild goose chase :-[ Told you I knew nuffink about Tornado`s So it looks like your atomisers could be functioning properly. One thing you do keep saying that does puzzle me is ........there is no vapour on exhail . If you inhail deeply it has been my experience that you dont get much vapour on exhail. The longer you hold it in the less comes out. You exhail clouds of the stuff is if you dont inhail.

If you were getting good throat hit from it using the same liquid as you are now then its not the liquid .
I think as Chrissie says you may have Flooded the atomiser.
Does this thing have a button if it does then remove the cart and press it - look inside the atomiser and see what it does.
If it glows red all is OK if its all dark in there then the atomiser is not heating up properly.

I think overall production cost of e-liquid is what you pay for, the nicotine added is really a very small % of the total volume ....
Just because the liquid is zero how much cheaper is it really going to be to produce than liquid with 1.8% or 2.4% nicotine ?.
That 1.8% or 2.4% will ultimately be replaced with with something else and the cost of the replacement compared to the small volume of nicotine is I would say pretty negligable , which is why I think zero liquid tends to be the same price.

Sorry to hear your problems Buck ...
I would bet on one of the atomisers being the problem are they all brand new ?.
How does the spring in the head look, is it springy to touch or compressed and flat looking ?.

DONT use canned air unless you have to - if you are using it it must be the pure type used for electrics & computers etc. Infact DONT clean them unless you have to . All you do blowing them out is waste liquid. Just make sure you keep them moist/ not flooded and they should perform fine for 2-3 weeks then the performance will start to drop off . Only cleaning needed is the bottom that screws in to the battery and battery head - give it a wipe every now and again to get rid of any build up of liquid. You are NOT going to get the Gunk that builds up on the coil and the wick off I dont care what anyone says. www.cavecom.com/pics/atom-2.jpg

Hi Gilly OK Throwing up is not the best start You take the primer puff to get it going then a long slow drag count to 4 - hold the vapour in your mouth count to two - then inhail.

Most good`s from China come with $5 value on the customs declaration form - Chinese are as attached to $5 value as they are to the 12 month Guarantee Not that I am suggesting anyone should defraud HM customs ahem If they would get their act together and let normal people pay their dues without the extortionate RM £8 collection charge I might just feel a tadd guilty, but as the system stands as far as I am concerned they can go jump >
