As far as I'm concerned FT can stuff their goods. I won't be ordering from them again,
Why should anybody have to raise a ticket when they know that they don't have
the stock for demand, and can't supply an order.
Surely it's down to FT to inform, The customer if any problem's arise this was the first
time that I have ordered from them. They have refunded my money back to PayPal.

I raised a ticket with FT on the Aug 22, Asking why my order
for the, Ithaka was taking so long to be delivered.
This is their response,
Thank you for ordering from FastTech.
We apologize that the item you purchased SKU 1407800 is currently out of stock due to the production problem, we have been looking for alternative sources of supply these days, but we could not find it from the markets or manufacturers.
Sorry for causing you such an inconvenience, the suppliers is not able to provide the ETA of the stock, would you mind have an exchange?
Thanks a lot for choosing FastTech.com, and we are sorry again for any inconveniences caused.

Hi punisher, Have just tried my ebaron dripper still no issue with the mod,
I have kayfun's, terminator, aga, no probs with any of them.
Think todd is your best bet good luck.

Hi punisher, I have a chameleon mod and have had no problem's no matter what atty I put on it. The only thing I can suggest is you send an e-mail to Todd, www.toddsreviews.commaybe he can help you. I searched for the mod maker ( Dancer ) over on ukvapers forum, but no joy. Edit, crossed post |

I ordered the ithaka on the 22/8/13 I have just had a look at my order on ff and it says they are Restoking. Ah ... Thought as much ... This is gonna take forever !! Hi spikus, I wrote a ticket on fasttech's site, and asked when my order would be sent out. So I have requested a refund. But yet they are still advertising it on their site. Yes chuck the kayfun 3.1 is a lot better atty then the lite, In my opinion

I have two best purchase's, 1, Poldiac 18350 mod, 2, a kayfun 3.1
I also have a kayfun lite but not too keen on this. My worst one like you coffee.
