Thanks lordvaper, Followed your instructions and eventually got there. It must be me, but I have never come across such a faff........still not sure how I got there After the upgrade, the SX350 was completely dead until I took out the battery and re-inserted it. Thanks again. Yes that happened with me too, at least we got there

The way I did it was download & install the software
On the SX set link to on - it will then shut down, connect to computer using a data cable, it should then recognise it correctly
Open Software and click on Connection button, then select install driver click the next window that opens and it should open another (which may get hidden behind the main one if so bring it to the front and you should then be able to install the driver), once that is done click Connect, return to the main screen and Select Upgrade and locate the Updated Firmware file and press Upgrade

Just had a quick look at the Eco Mode (it's between Soft and Standard) it appears that the max Joules that can be set on that is 40J (don't know if that's down to the build or not 0.06 on my KF4)

This is what I get when trying to install the driver, I presume there is supposed to be something in the drop down box:

I had similar Bob, did you download the update software from the location I gave? Also try re booting the PC as that cured the initial connection problem I had with win8.1 As Vapingbad said, you will need Winrar to open the update file ( which I just saved to desktop for simplicity's sake.) I downloaded both the driver software and the update file from the link in the 1st post above, going down to the bottom of the page, I tried rebooting and am an avid user of WinRAR, always hated WinZIP Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well but it just will not Install the driver from the Connection tab.

I'm on Win7, downloaded the driver & update files, ran the driver software and it installed okay, went to the connection button and Install driver pressed the win7 and 8 button that pops up, brought the driver install window to the front and it is all dimmed out can't do a thing with it - so cannot connect the Yihi to the computer as no driver found - did try manually installing the driver but Win7 wouldn't have it.

This company really needs to get their act together - this time with a fully priced item. On 16/03 placed Pre-Order for the IPV v4 they took payment on 10/04 then later they notified me that they had made a mistake and I had the option of cancelling or waiting another week or 2, wished now I had opted for the refund, they said they would also include a gift (Cloupor Mini skin) I had already bought the mod previously with no problems. 12/05 I finally get a shipping notice that says it has finally been sent via NedPost - today I receive small thin parcel ===just the gift - NO IPV v4 W T F Also waiting on another Pre-Order the SMY50w which should have shipped earlier this week So sorry for my late reply, bobw1951. Could you please give me your order number first? I can't know anything of your order with it. Thanks for your cooperation. Both mine have now been dealt with - cancelled and refund to my paypal agreed - just waiting for the money to appear in my account

Well I don't care about you lot, but I am very impressed at the quality of manufacture for the price. Tons of vapour and great taste on Black 'n' Blue at 0.5ohms and Rayon. Works well for me. Quick SquonkAs I said previously, the main thing wrong with it is the post screws on mine, and it requires a lowish build (about 0.5 ohm dual coil @ 26g/3mm), but yes I agree with you, it is a very impressive squonker kit, especially for such a low price.

Im sorry but who here would recomend them they have had numerus chances to get them selfs back on track but it just seems they are diging them selfs deeper in the hole This is the last time im posting in a gear best thread as i dont see the point in repating the same thing why did you use them ,have you not seen all the other posts (now starting to wounder why they still have vendor status still) These were ordered before it all kicked off - the IPV back in March - They have now instigated the refund for the SMY50w - still waiting for confirmation about the IPV which they have offered to refund as well and I have accepted asking for it to go to my PP account, once both payments have been refunded that'll be that as far as I'm concerned.

Just heard back from them re the SMY50W - seems they don't now have any in stock - yet when they took the money, it stated they would start checking it and packaging it ready for shipment which I should expect within 3 to 5 days (5th day was last Monday) - so I have asked them to cancel it and refund to PP

Got a little problem with them as well at the moment - item arrived Coventry (Express Mail) 19/05 then got sent back to China - don't know why, unless damaged, I've PMd Doris, but suppose she won't be back until Monday. Blimey youv'e got two lots of luck, none and bad At least Doris can normally get things sorted, amazing how these things always happen at the weekends though - thinking boilers breaking down etc., so you have to wait until Mondays

To balance the argument, i will use the following as they have been just about spot on, Fasttech, Focalecig, and 3Fvape.. all delivered and even back up service for a fault from Focalecig.
