maccafanthe reason for fluctuation is that the wire wasnt twisted enough Keep it going in the drill until it snaps off the anchorpoint at the drill end

masteedmanI found that on a 2mm drill bit it seemed to take a while to heat so i now do 6 wraps on a 1.5mm drill bit and its virtually instant

Just did a 1.5mm 5 wrap into a brand new KFL clone @ 0.5 ohm
Had to swap to my Vapelyfe drip tip with the insulator
The Heat and flavour are amazing
These coils need a health warning lol
about to dual coil a Veritas, hopefully see you on the other side

a mech mod for a nooB i like your style
1st off as already stated get decent batteries, dont scrimp on this part vtc4 or 5`s are recommended
for me personally either a stingray or Pegasus (both clones) in 18650
I like the Svomesto KFL clones with the 510 drip tip with no adjustable airflow as the draw is perfect to me for straight to lung inhale
Twisted Kanthal coils @ 0.8ohms with organic cotton are a great ADV they seem pretty much perfect for this setup
Good luck in your journey, its great to see someone taking it seriously so early
