The Evods are okay, they just seem pretty inconsistant and blast out some pretty nasty dilute/soapy tastes at times. I'm gunna stick with the evod cartomisers for now too, they seem pretty decent, might try a mini pro tank soon. I think you are all vaping far more heavily than I am. I only ever smoked 10 a day (unless drinking) but I still really struggle to kick the habit without one of these things. If you are getting disappointing tastes from the evods, it's not the battery, it's the actual evod clearomiser.... or the liquid. I smoked the same as you. (f.y.i.) The coconut vapology Eliquid I recieved tasted wonderful as soon as I got it, I went on a trip to brighton, came back, refilled and it tasted like nasty soap. I don't really know what could have happened in that time :S I have two, tried replacing coils in both, and cleaned both. Still taste a bit nasty. Other Eliquids such as VIVID and liberty flights lacked flavour, or the tobacco liberty flights just tasted nasty. I ordered some Grizwalds too, four different samples, they also all tasted repulsive. I'm at a loss :S |

Thanks for all the help and advice guys! After reading all your replies and using additional research I have decided to go for the Innokin Itaste, which is slightly annoying because I was planning on getting one before I got my Kanger Evod. And although the larger mods are tempting, I think it would be a step in the wrong direction to invest into something that will make me fall in love with nicotine a whole lot more than smoking ever did! The original idea was to wean myself off of vaping slowly! I'm only back studying and cannot really afford 50quid on a new toy, I'd rather buy new pedals and straps for my fixie (gears are for sensible people/people with sense). Anyway I will get ordering now!

I am tempted by the Innokin iTaste VV V3 now, its small, seems highly rated and i get a good two days use out of my 650mwah evod, sBilly need for a big bulky battery really. thanks for the suggestion clivia! I think i have protanks.. whatever come in the kanger evod starter kit

Okay, So about 9 weeks ago I gave up smoking and purchased a kanger Evod starter kit. I have been more than happy with my purchase, apart from a few things. I'd like to be able to change voltage to try and test flavour/vapour to find something that suits me better. Also, sometimes they just seem to lack flavour, no matter what I do, even a full clean/coil change doesn't seem to help. I recently purchased some e liquids from vapology and I was absolutely thrilled with the taste depth I experienced from the liquid, however, this seems to have diminished for reasons I cannot work out.
- anyway, I strayed a little off topic there. My main question is, I have been looking at the Sigelei Zmax as well as the iTaste MVP and just wondered how much these would improve my vaping experience. Are they just for the connoisseurs, will my untrained taste-buds notice a difference? I am a little put off by the size as my evod already receives plenty of unwanted attention, every time my friends have had a drink they want a go, and they all leave a nasty smokey after taste for me to endure afterwards (no fun!)
I'd just like to add as far as vapour intensity goes, it suits me just fine, I have seen people getting much bigger vapour clouds on other unknown E-cigarettes and I feel kinda jealous, but that's just because big smoke/vapour clouds are some what satisfying to my boyish nature.
I am tried to research, but feel I'd get a better understanding asking people with experience directly, without having to shell out £50+ quid
