isabel22 thanks for the reply, the rose v2 hotcig is showing in stock ship 3-5 days shipping on website. my ticket from customer services said they will ship to me in 7-15 days sorry for delay we have stock problems. may i ask when you will ship my order please ... FOZGMQDHA - placed on 09/22/2015 from 22 to 31 are 9 days not 7 , today is 7Octomber .... still on payment accepted stage ... EllaChinas' been on National Day Holiday for the best part of a week so expect a lot of delays from all the vendors and they're suppliers. Also sarcasm with the days just won't work, the Chinese are perfectly capable of counting. As many have said on here "It will ship when it ships, and it will arrive when it arrives". If you think that's poor service then don't shop in China especially near holiday periods. To be fair @chris2005 he as paid his money, they said ship in 7 days, so he is just stating the facts. Nothing wrong with that chris just wants some info |

got a link to the frames... it cant be long before others suffer the same my vt40 came from china so i have no warranty to speak of.. Yes i agree might buy more than 1 at this rate. I would like to thank everybody on the legal process to try and resolve it, but i have to say in the past i have wasted so much time and effort and got stressed out over these type of things.
Lets hope the vendor or manufacture does the honorable deed.
@windows as kindly offered to try and fix it if it all goes pete tong
Also i found a company in europe who sell the c-frame but not in stock til 4 weeks time
You would of thought hcigar sold spare parts on there website but no

This bit here is a get out clause for the vendor depending on how long you've had it. E-Cigs are treated as consumables so I'm not sure how the law pertains to certain types of e-cigs. Obviously cig-alikes are very quickly consumed so you can't give even a days guarantee. that it will last, batteries are also consumables so this looks like a very grey area in consumers rights. I agree the wear and tear issue is a minefield but surely the 510 connection is designed to have an atty screwed on and off as a matter of course and as such should be designed in such a way, with materials that are capable of handling this, to last a reasonable length of time. I wouldn't buy a mod that didn't have stainless threads for this reason. Just a pity some manufacturers have been slow to recognise this.
I totally agree with you charliehorse i mean you wouldnt say the lid on a jar of pickles is wear and tear if it pisses vinegar all over you. What makes it worse is when you think its stainless steel but turns out to be coated in some type of metal with brass underneath, as is the case with the vt40 |

My vt40 510 thread is stripped after 4 months and i have been careful (bloody brass) I was going to put a 510 adapter on but it looks rubbish Love the vt40 to bits and wondered if anybody knows were to get the c-frame spare part Checked cigreen but none in stock i'm feeling lost without this mod, back on the sig 100w and it just feels huge Cant workout how you would fit a fat daddy vape type 510 connector either Please help if you can pretty desperate Don't know if this will help you. But if you ask nice ask Vapour Geek may help you. Mine went too. But I did buy from him. Nice thought mrs sleepy but i don't think it would go down very well me buying it from another vendor. Thank you anyway |

Your contract is with the vendor, they can give terms and Conditions but nothing supersedes UK law! prr When the issue over warranty came up from hcigar back in June, i emailed the vendor and got the below response Hello , The warranty we offer is 28days on all devices, however the manufacturer has an obligation to offer warranty, the devices are well built and as such im sure will last. Kind regards Still not sure about were i stand but i have sent a email today so i will keep you posted |
